Literally the worst AT&T store in the entire country. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!…read more The employees and manager are RUDE, incompetent, and complete fake scammers (under the direction of their worthless management). They cancelled my online order upgrade twice from the AT&T website and told me that I needed to come in and they would process the sale. They had the phones I ordered twice (now I've paid for 4 phones) and then once they where processing my sale they told me that they sold my phone to the person next to me, which was after they told me they had my phones, so then I received 2 of the wrong phones that I ordered. Also I told them I did NOT want anything changed to my plan and they couldn't even do that properly and added stuff to my plan without permission. Then they did NOT process my upgrade promotion trade-ins, as they were on my two separate orders from AT&T, so I'm being charged full price of my phones and paying for services that I NEVER agreed to and was never discussed. Thankfully after wasting hours on customer service, 3 separate times, hopefully they've cleaned up the mess that this store employees and manager made on my account because they WOULD NOT simply process my AT&T online order. Either they are trying to upsell and increase sales for there store or they are all so incredibly stupid that they need to find new jobs. A formal complaint against the store has been filed with AT&T because of this issue.

Upon arriving, Kevin asked something like, "what are we doing today?" Not welcome to AT&T. Not how can I help you? He seemed to want to rush through a process. To make a long story short, not of my questions or concerns were really answered or addressed. Or even acknowledged for that matter. The only communication was about how they could make a sale. Apple has a popular product and AT&T has popular service(not customer service), so I guess they don't feel like they have to bother. It's the reason I've with one of their competitors for the past several years. I don't know if I'll eventually end up switching, but it won't be in this store

The people at Verizon / Russell Cellular, 3848 Sun City Blvd , STE 106 were terrible. They give you the wrong information, wrong prices, order the wrong product for you and refuse to change their mistake without another huge bill..Totally unprofessional and absolutely no customer service. There is very little to no inventory on what product you want etc . We went back to the store to get a copy of our receipt and they refused us in The Managers words "it ain't gonna happen" real professional, right? I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone unless you want to be lied to and given wrong information. We finally got our bill partially corrected through Verizon Corporate but had to go through several calls to get it done. I don't think the store even knows what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. All they're interested in is selling a product, then you're on your own. I saw no effort or concern regarding all the issues we had. This is a terrible representation for Verizon. I'm sure I'll be returning to T-Mobile soon...also, be prepared to pay $40. per item purchased for "setup to success" and an additional $40 charged by Verizon corporate for "activation".....we were charged $320. just to get 2 phones and 2 watches activated...the Sun City store would do nothing regarding this exorbitant fee.....luckily Verizon customer service (after numerous calls) removed their portion of the 320....making the total we paid to the local store $160. for their "set up for success" fees. In addition, we were overcharged for our two new phones. RJ.
