Even if you arrive early and stand outside in Florida's oppressive heat before they open, there's no guarantee you'll be served first. On my latest visit I was first in line and tried to check in, but the kiosk was out of order. Staff said they'd "take care of me" but proceeded to serve everyone else instead. They processed quick bill payments and ignored the fact that I was there to purchase a $700 piece of equipment. The lack of customer service is shocking. Employees seem indifferent to customers who aren't there to pay a bill. There's no apology, no sense of urgency, and no communication. This isn't an isolated incident--it's been this way every few years when I've given them another chance. The store may have a convenient location near Best Buy but convenience doesn't make up for being treated poorly. After decades of hoping for improvement, it's clear that customer service simply isn't a priority here. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Time to go over to Best Buy.

I spent 4 days trying to get this resolved with both Xfinity and Spectrum and spent countless hours at both stores and both pointing the finger at the other as to who was to blame for the issue. I decided to stop into a T-Mobile location as I was going to just get a new phone and new number. Within 15 minutes, the advisor at T-Mobile had the issue resolved. I was a customer with Xfinity for years and a new customer with Spectrum and neither company seemed motivated to help me with the problem yet a company that I'm not even a customer of gladly helped me out.
