I upgraded my daughter's phone who is serving in the military overseas so she cannot get it herself and no one explained to me that the SIM would be locked and she could not use the phone for at least 90 days! I have been paying the bill for a year and a half just so that she can keep and use that number while she is overseas. She uses an overseas SIM card so that her local calls don't cost an arm and a leg. She has been unable to use the phone and Gerald was very rude about the whole thing. If Verizon can unlock the SIM at 90 days, they can unlock it at 30 days. He also would not guarantee me that it would even be unlocked after 90 days or if I paid off the phone in full. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. It is ridiculous that I have to pay for a phone and my daughter can't even use it. You should consider some additional customer service training for management.

They didn't have the exact oled replacement I needed but let me borrow an lcd screen for a few days so I'm not without a phone while they ordered the screen . Very grateful for these guys I was able to save $1,000+ on buying a new phone. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any phone repairs and I wouldn't upgrade my iPhone if it can be fixed here !

The store sits at…read more1313Cortez Road W in Bradenton and advertises that you can "schedule a visit" to be prioritized in the queue. Don't believe it. Even if you arrive early and stand outside in Florida's oppressive heat before they open, there's no guarantee you'll be served first. On my latest visit I was first in line and tried to check in, but the kiosk was out of order. Staff said they'd "take care of me" but proceeded to serve everyone else instead. They processed quick bill payments and ignored the fact that I was there to purchase a $700 piece of equipment. The lack of customer service is shocking. Employees seem indifferent to customers who aren't there to pay a bill. There's no apology, no sense of urgency, and no communication. This isn't an isolated incident--it's been this way every few years when I've given them another chance. The store may have a convenient location near Best Buy but convenience doesn't make up for being treated poorly. After decades of hoping for improvement, it's clear that customer service simply isn't a priority here. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Time to go over to Best Buy.

Granted the phone needed many repairs ( which we were never called and informed / suggested any extra repairs !?!! We would've paid ) instead they waited for us to be there show us they did the bare minimum we double backed almost immediately because we noticed the screen wasn't seated properly into the actual mold of the phone ( the screen seem to be sitting on top ) and it looked like it wasn't cleaned correctly either . Was offered a discount to come back and fix charging port and camera ...ok cool not even a week with the screen repaired and the phone screen goes all blank and we noticed a small crack . We return to the shop we explained and they stated they weren't able to fix the screen due to the screen being cracked Not even a week and the screen didn't hold thankfully we came to an agreement and fixed it... only for the same thing to happen not even a week later . I tried to call the place and give them the benefit of the doubt to be good people and at least partially refund us due to the inconvenience and clearly not well done job , 2 screen repairs done within a time frame of 13 days and both went out, they stated no refund or partial refund could be issued and for me to return. I didn't not reconsider wasting my time again with them so I opted to loose my money and go with another phone shop . PLEASEEE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE .
