When I told him that when I purchased the phones, I was told I could just increase the plan and then decrease it when I came back, he told me I could do that (which costs a lot less); however, I might lose the promotional credit on my phone. There are 2 exceptions at this store from those I have dealt with: Brian and Johnathan. If you must go, see them. They were very polite and professional each time I saw them. They withdrew it again. I called back on that issue and they attempted to explain that they don't prorate things. And that they start the billing cycle and something or other and I called back again and said this makes no sense you would my money on the 23rd I canceled that day and then a month later, you withdrew it again and tried to tell me that I don't even know what their excuse was. Nothing wrong with the cord. Apparently it just doesn't work with our plugs. She refused to take it back because there was a small tear in the bottom of the box. She even commented that she recognized me because I've been there many times before. Yes I told her I purchased two cell phones from you people and you won't take a $30 purchase that I have with a receipt. I would not recommend this location as they don't know how to treat clients specially that they would lose a client over a $30 purchase that is being returned in perfect condition with a small rip in the bottom of the box.

I originally thought it was psu so I replaced it but that didn't fix anything. Over time I was able to narrow it down to an issue with the gpu. I thought I was out of luck and needed to replace the whole thing which would've costed me probably around a thousand or more, but then I saw this business online and figured why not give it a shot. so I gave them a call and it was chris who was super quick to answer. He told me he will be open and to bring it in on Friday if I wanted and so I did. Originally when we had talked over the phone I had only mentioned the gpu needing work, So when I got there he wasn't quite expecting me to bring in the entire pc along with a list of other things I wanted done to it. But fortunately, he was super nice and told me he will handle it no problem! He had it done next day (Saturday) which I was super impressed and excited to hear figuring the paper I got upon drop off said he will start working on it by Monday. I was also pretty mind blown how cheap it was thinking before I went in that I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for the list of stuff I unexpectedly gave him but that just wasn't the case at all and the estimate he gave me stayed exactly the same. It was obvious he went through and double checked everything even giving me extra unneeded wire that was accidentally installed on the psu. I went home after that and booted the pc up and tested out a few games and what do you know, no more black screen or overheating both cpu and gpu were running cool. it was finally fixed after years! I definitely recommend him 1000000% to anyone needing help/work with their pc. You can tell he does it for the love of the game and not just money hungry. Please show some love and support for this business, they seriously deserve it! Fast, quality, cheap, and respectful you can't beat that.
