I did not appreciate that. Then today, a salesperson was less than pleasant about me wanting to up my plan for travel to Europe. He suggested that we pay $100 per each of 5 phones for a month ($500). When I told him that when I purchased the phones, I was told I could just increase the plan and then decrease it when I came back, he told me I could do that (which costs a lot less); however, I might lose the promotional credit on my phone. There are 2 exceptions at this store from those I have dealt with: Brian and Johnathan. If you must go, see them. They were very polite and professional each time I saw them. Otherwise, I do not plan to go back to this store.

However, once I told him I preferred a lower-priced plan, his attitude changed and he told me I could just "do all that online." As a new customer, I walked into the store because I wanted in-person assistance. Being dismissed simply because I chose a more affordable plan is disappointing and unprofessional. Every customer should be treated with respect, regardless of the plan they select. This experience cost T-Mobile a new client. I will not be switching.

They withdrew it again. I called back on that issue and they attempted to explain that they don't prorate things. And that they start the billing cycle and something or other and I called back again and said this makes no sense you would my money on the 23rd I canceled that day and then a month later, you withdrew it again and tried to tell me that I don't even know what their excuse was. And I said to them, really, I canceled over a month ago. You have went ahead and build me again and you're telling me that is that your policy and I even shared with them the if they were not going to satisfy me by funding the entire month of non-service to I got on top of the other week or so.I suppose that I was going to post this every place and I'm glad that you're reading this and I hope the jury will share this with other people. Laura Poston is in the store EVERYDAY right in the front, elbow-to-elbow with her staff all day helping customers. Rare to find these days!!!! She has owned this location for 7 years and owned earlier UPSstores in Ohio for 10 years. I was medical legal financial power of attorney the last 3 years for a solo impoverished senior woman in Minnesota requiring extensive work with federal and state regulations and forms. ( she just passed away October peacefully just 3 weeks in her new assisted living home.). My laptop became too old so I had to do all this work on my iPhone ( before they added Word Capability!). Laura SAVED me with my non sophisticated computer skills on a phone, over and over again! This was very time consuming. NO one in a UPS store nor the Post Office would take time like this with such complex computer maneuvering. Her entire staff ARE SUPER FAST, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and her line ( if there) MOVES FAST! Also zero errors. The post office this past year GREATLY increased shipping costs for medium to large boxes and I have found UPS ( esp UPS ground) to be more cost effective. PS, I use the side entrance by their neighbor Batteries Plus in and out of their good parking lot instead of Bee Ridge.
