As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. Our business has had a persistent phone issue for the past year and a half. We've had countless…read moretechs from the phone company come by, apply a temporary fix, and head on their way, only for the problem to resurface a few days/weeks later. The issue has been OK for a few months but recently came back with a vengeance. Not only did the Tampa Bay Telephone folks come out for a look at the issue on short notice, they also came back the following day on very short notice to work with the phone company tech on getting the issue resolved the right way! More importantly, they explained what was causing the issue, so I have a high degree of confidence that it won't return, now that I know what was causing it. This is just one experience, but the Tampa Bay Telephone crew were professional, honest, and willing to work with me to actually find the root of the problem, which is something that I've practically begged the phone company to let me give them money to do. Less than $70 later and the problem is fixed. I should've called Tampa Bay Telephone a year and a half ago!

I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
