I went to their MLK office on a Sunday (their website indicated Sunday hours) but turned out it was by appointment only. I called their number asking for technical support. A gentleman answered saying they don't deal with consumer products. BUT..... he asked what the exact problem was, FaceTime'd me and guided me on how to clear the jam all the while I was outside in their parking lot and the printer was in the trunk of my car.
