You are forced to fight your way through a totally unintelligent AI that cannot understand simple requests and keeps looping you back to nowhere. If you're lucky enough to reach the phone system, you're rewarded with horrible sound quality they probably call music, constantly interrupted by lame advertising. It's exhausting. You lose patience, time, and goodwill long before you ever reach a human being. Geek Squad was once a reason to trust Best Buy. Today, even scheduling help feels like an endurance test. I gave up, not because the problem was hard, but because the system is broken. Very disappointing. This is not customer service anymore. This is customer avoidance.

Delivery and hookup were done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. A few weeks later, our dryer broke down. We were able to pick out the Amana dryer over the phone.
