Great experience buying a used Rolex from these guys. I had interacted with them online in the…read morepast and was familiar with their selection and reputation, so it was nice to finally visit the store when I was recently in town. They have a very nice selection of new and pre-owned timepieces from many brands and probably had a selection of about 100 Rolexes on this particular day, mostly desirable models that were priced at the reasonable end of market price. The owner was very friendly and his staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. They were very accommodating and not in the slightest bit pushy. When I asked for them to pressure test my watch one more time, he insisted that I stay another 10 mins just so he could do a "wet" test and make me feel more comfortable, even though I had already committed to buying the watch and paid for it. Other thing to note is that this seems to be a fairly busy place, with lots of people coming in and out for repairs. I saw two people come in for Rolex repairs and another guy come in for a strap replacement on some unknown brand. I know a lot about watches, having collected them for over 20 years, and was listening closely to what the salespeople were telling the customers about required repairs and costs. Everything they were saying was accurate and honest, and I was surprised at how reasonable the costs were. I would definitely consider doing more business with them in the future.

I took my Rolex to them for service, cost roughly $475.00 and took a month. Got it back, jumped in…read morea pool and water had penetrated the watch. Took it back and they said it was fixed. It stopped 3 days after pick up. After numerous visits and returns, 3 total, it still does not work. BTW, when they say they'll call when done, they never do and the service is not friendly at all. Taking it to a Cincy dealer today to get their opinion, make request a refund. I will never use them again. Jay

Two decades ago when I used to tell my parents to that "I go to a lot of pawn shops" upon answering…read moretheir "so what do you do in the south"? question, the receiver goes into dead silence mode. "You go to porn shops"?! now both mouths shouting into the corded single handled analog phone. "No Ma - no Pa, it's Pawwwwnn, with an A and a W, like the root beer". The more I spin my talk the quicker I'm gonna lose them then they quit trying to figure out just what the hell their son is saying and ask about the weather, again. In my family, when there's sudden confusion, it's time to ask about the weather, were the best at it - true professionals because we're so sincere every time and we never have any intentions of it meaning anything at all. Sockets for ratchets are the coolest manual hand tools ever. You can crank and twist without even fixing anything, just make that sound and you'll get backyard mechanics respect, but eventually you'll need to fix something. For me it's my right rear tail light -- Again! -- that I keep slamming into stuff in reverse. And then it/they break(s) them like some OddLot summer squirt gun clearance sale fashioned around a pinata filled with cheap corded linkage I couldn't choke a squirrel with without it failing me. This whole reverse gear smash up derby is costing me a lot of money and time and here in poe dunk FL, it's causing me greif. I say this because I know danggummit, jumpinJohosophatz that sheriff is dying to nail my NYC arse to the wall of another cell. They're really cute when you talk to them, they're like that kid in the back of the class whose range always seemed in question but you never asked about him or her. They're continuing along you, around you and on the side of you - passively aggressively I'd say. You just smile politely and carry your concern quickly away with you because now that kid has a badge and flashing lights and no supervision. Dan had great stuff, Snap On (rocking the bumper sticker) MAC but I'm early in the rebuild of tools so I wanted to pull the trigger and buy, buy, buy but I just couldn't. Instead, I bought this nice Srixon staff bag. It's a beauty and will sit nicely with my other 7 staff bags. From electronics to jewelry, gunz and ammo - I definitely recommend Money Man.
