He gets annoyed because I asked how can I transfer all my stuff from the old phone to the new one. After figuring out the monthly payment he hands me a paper and says: here you're gonna have to mail your phone back. (Like no explanation whatsoever just like here take this paper and leave). So I get home and open the new phone only to know that the charger adapter is sold separately. So I called the store and he goes: yeah we have them here. Like seriously man, couldn't you let your costumer know that he will need a charger adapter in order to charge his new phone!!!!!???? The most horrible costumer service. So if you are going to shop there, make sure you know everything about the phone you're getting and please DO NOT ask questions, apparently they don't like it.
