The second person came shortly afterwards and answered all of our questions about the deals with getting a new phone. She also replaced the SIM card of my husband's phone and it's working better. Our phones are old and we are ready to get new ones and they had a good deal on them. Problem is I have too many pics on my phone and need to take care of that. I would feel very comfortable purchasing our new phones from this location bc of their excellent customer service.

Subject: Complaint Regarding AT&T Store Waitlist and Customer Service…read more Yesterday, after my phone was stolen, I went to an AT&T store to restore my phone line. I added my name to the waitlist and was instructed to wait for text message notifications. I received a text confirming that I was next in line and that I would be notified by text when it was my turn. I waited outside the store for an hour and a half, relying on the notification system exactly as instructed. I never received another text. Instead, the store closed, and I was later told that employees had called my name. This is completely unacceptable. If customers are asked to provide their phone numbers and wait for text notifications, they should be able to rely on that system. I should not have to stand outside for an hour and a half only to discover that the store had called my name instead of sending the promised notification. I was already dealing with the stressful situation of having my phone stolen. The lack of communication made an already difficult situation considerably worse and wasted a significant amount of my time. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and how AT&T intends to resolve this situation. I also hope the store will review its waitlist procedures so other customers do not experience the same problem. I look forward to your response.

Different staff at the same store last week would not help me get my wifes phone working. I would reccomend not doing any businees with this store. 2 terrible experiences! Cant reccommend them for anything! as bad of an experience I have ever had from a supposed" service "store. Please avoid this store and also avoid AT&T.

I was happy with the service and just wanted my phone issue resolved. He told me that their was now a $25 charge for tech support and paid upfront. I was surprised and said I was not aware of this policy and would like to further verify. I asked him for the store location expecting a card with the information, but he referred me to look for the address on the front door. I walked away and he said you can complain to whoever you like. I felt misinformed by this "rude" store manager! The Good: I called 611 from my car in the parking lot of the store and worked with a service tech who promptly and professionally resolved the issue. I was grateful to have my phone fixed and thanked him tremendously for a job well done. I then told the tech about my encounter with the store manager and asked if he could look up the information about the service fee. After several moments he came back and said it was false. I was disappointed and asked that they look into this matter closely so customers are not misinformed. I have been a customer at AT&T for over 20 years and never had problems with customer service. I would like to continue going there and know that someone will always be there to offer excellent customer support. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration

This made it a more stressful than it should've been, wondering if I could even get an appt. or how to set one up when my phone didn't work. The other issue is that I definitely felt a bit rushed. But the Geniuses were definitely on their game and had enough problem solving acumen to get my phone up and running again! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It's also cool to see and try out the Apple devices. I use an Apple phone so I can Facetime with family but find the Appleverse constraining otherwise. Very Hivemind. I am so glad this Hive was able to get my phone working again and helped answer my questions. If I was older or slower (I am pretty old and slow) it would have been more scary, but I remain assertive and nimble enough I was able to get the job done! Thanks again. Life without a smartphone is daunting these days!!!! Anybody have a Google Pixel phone? Samsung? I'm not sure the Appleverse is for me..
