I ordered an arrangement for a gift. The one that was online and the one that were sent were very different. The manager of the store said the ones online are made with fake fruit and they never look that way. So why not post actual pictures of what will be sent. The pictures below show the one from the website in the red glass and the one that was sent. She told me they do not cut down the sticks. Well, that is the problem. I've never had an arrangement sent that is so sloppy. I was disappointed in what $90 got me. I also paid to add cupcake pops in the arrangement and they were just put on the side. read more

I ordered from this location for a Christmas gift to my doctor's office. I was happy with the quality of my order and it was ready when promised. This shop neglected to deliver the flowers my husband ordered for my birthday along with a fruit tray. He presented video evidence that no flowers were delivered on the day for which they were ordered. When my husband got back in town he went in person with his video and asked for a refund. They handed him a bunch of flowers a week late and shrugged and stared blankly at him when he said Why would I want these flowers a week after her birthday? Do NOT patronize this shop. They don't care if you are satisfied and they won't turn loose of one dime. Not good representation of the City of Venice. read more

Love edible arrangements. Their fruit always tastes so fresh and the arrangements always look nice. A great treat for anyone who likes fruit. The prices are a little high but they have a variety of assortments in varying prices ranges. You can chose from white chocolate or milk chocolate dipped fruit, regular fruit, or a mix of both. I love the chocolate dipped strawberries and the white chocolate dipped pineapple doves. They are really good. We had a delivery recently from this location. The delivery guy was polite and advised to put the arrangements in the fridge if we weren't going to eat it right away. It was one of the larger ones so we had to break it down to fit in the fridge but it gave us a chance to enjoy the tasty treat at the same time. Can't go wrong with these. read more

I had the most wonderful experience yesterday when my arrangement was delivered by Karen! She so enthusiastic about the arrangement she was delivering and offered great tips on keeping it fresh. Her enthusiasm was contagious and very refreshing! I've always wondered just what these arrangements would be like...would they be fresh? I can tell you that this was way above any expectations! I submitted my order at 1pm for same day delivery and received a phone call at 2:30pm from the Venice, Florida store stating that I made the order too late for same day delivery and my order would be delivered the next day. The girl on the phone was unapologetic and just asked do you still want us to make the delivery tomorrow? I then spoke with the owner and she stated that someone was sick and they had a new driver. I understand that but the reason I ordered from edible arragements is for same day delivery and I ordered in the early afternoon for a delivery that was about 4-5 miles from the store. The owner offered me a $5 coupon to appease me but to be honest, that was insulting. I made a $46 purchase and was very disappointed. The purchase was an anniversary present for my mother and father in-law and it arrived embarrassingly a day late. read more

I ordered a gift box for my dad on Father's Day. I had forgotten he was going to be traveling for a while - and contacted the store Sunday morning to let them know they were away; so they could give the box away to someone else, maybe a nursing home or whatever. I just didn't want it to go to waste. The sweet woman from the store contacted me today (Wednesday) to let me know that she was going to send another box to my dad tomorrow, so he could get his gift. I want to Thank Frankie at edible arrangement in Venice Florida she was amazing, I order arrangement for Mother's Day for my Mother, and to my surprise, my Mother was leaving to come home from Florida to Ohio the day the arrangement was being delivered. So I called and left a message and Frankie called me back and she helped me figure out away to deliver the arrangement here in Ohio. I was trying to place an order online on Friday, May 6th for Mother's Day (May 8th) and the online ordering system had told me that the Port Charlotte FL store (that is apparently owned by the same person as the Venice store) was closed, so I called the store directly. The Mother of the owner explained to me that they were open, but that they had way to many orders and was complaining abut how she was going to have to be there until late that night etc etc, (Nothing you should be telling a customer.) I then asked her what my options were and if they might be offering a discount or at the very least an apology to those customers who weren't getting to make an order as of now. She very rudely accuse me of just "wanting something for free" and told me that I "should have thought to order my Mother's Day gift sooner." I was so appalled at her rude response that I felt I needed to make a complaint about it (which is something I don't usually do). I have had only good experiences with all Edible Arrangements stores and this has been the first and the WORST. HOW RUDE!! I will share this experience on all social networking sites as well so that other PAYING customers will not have the same AWFUL experience. read more
