If I could give no stars I would. Store was beautiful, staff were horrible and rude. My nephew, mind you who is 15, completely accidentally bumped into something on a foot level shelf. The item broke and the man immediately snapped at him, telling him he will be paying a fee for that. Never in my life have I witnessed such cruel behavior towards a child. I actually was purchasing a tank top I loved in the store to put it back when I heard how rude this man was. I also would have been more than happy to pay the fee for this damaged item that was accidentally knocked over. The way the staff handle this entire situation was very unprofessional and not very kind towards a teen who struggles with social interaction and anxiety. To be snapped at by a grown man over a complete accident. Disappointed and disgusted by this whole incident. You couldn't pay to me to step foot in the store again. read more

I came across Earth Treasures when I was looking all over town for a shark tooth necklace that my boyfriend wanted as a souvenir. To my surprise they had not only the coolest collection of shark teeth, fossils, and also some really nice and affordable crystals, quartz, jewelry, etc. I found a really pretty rose quartz pendant that was nicely wire wrapped, and a shark tooth that the owner personally attached to a leather strand to be worn as a necklace. If I lived nearby I would definitely stop in on the regular. read more

I was strolling through downtown Venice and stumbled into this fun and interesting shop. That a great find! There were all kinds of interesting and unique fossils, minerals, sharks teeth, jewelry and more. Donald, the owner, was out in front and was charming and helpful. This is a great stop for anyone looking for a unique gift at a reasonable price. It is also a great place to bring your children if they need a break from boutiques. They will be fascinated.
