They were helpful as we picked out beautiful and unique clothing items and tripepd them on while also helping others and letting everyone know about the sale items. The clothing ranged from flowy dresses to golf clothes to casual shorts and tanks. The jewelry was beautiful, especially the I I I cut glass from Czechoslovakia. Great store with a nice variety. Excellent service too. They even gave us advice on several thrift stores in the area.

Only problem is that limited numbers of each garment ordered and sizes get picked over quickly (most often smalls are all that remain) just days days after receiving a shipment). They will mail if items become available in desired size. Owner seems to want staff to follow shopper around to make suggestions. This is the second time and both times a woman named Lisa was working. However, she is not the Lisa that owns the store. She was very rude. She was on the phone both times and would not stop talking long enough to answer a quick question, much less serve the customers. Do not believe the return policy, they do not honor it, and have it set to only leave customers frustrated. It states seven days for a refund, but when I went to return they said it was 168 hours to the exact second it was delivered, which is just absolutely absurd. When I pointed out that wasn't clearly stated as the policy said 7 days, they replied back with "Our return policy does clearly state that your item must be returned within 7 days for a refund, 14 days for credit. As your item has not been returned yet (aka it has not shipped) it could not qualify for a refund." This was after I was asking for help choosing refund within the seven day time frame. They went from days, to hours, to days again. Clearly they do not understand how to be clear, or it's deliberate to make it difficult for customers. They claim they cannot override it instead of admitting the truth which is they won't help you. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Do yourself a favor and find another store.
