Historically, I was treated with the sort of indifference usually reserved for a Victorian orphan asking for a second bowl of gruel. Customer service was nonexistent, eye contact was apparently optional, and I left feeling like my mere existence was an inconvenience. BUT! The tides have turned. I arrived with a phone that was practically deceased, and Nico, Spencer, and one other absolute angel whose name I regretfully cannot recall came to my rescue. These gentlemen helped me not once, not twice, but THREE times with extraordinary patience, kindness, and professionalism. They treated me like the delicate princess I so obviously am, and guess what? I will absolutely be returning to upgrade my phone and give these kings the sale they have earned. You are forced to fight your way through a totally unintelligent AI that cannot understand simple requests and keeps looping you back to nowhere. If you're lucky enough to reach the phone system, you're rewarded with horrible sound quality they probably call music, constantly interrupted by lame advertising. It's exhausting. You lose patience, time, and goodwill long before you ever reach a human being. Geek Squad was once a reason to trust Best Buy. Today, even scheduling help feels like an endurance test. I gave up, not because the problem was hard, but because the system is broken. Very disappointing. This is not customer service anymore. This is customer avoidance.

I was happy with the service and just wanted my phone issue resolved. He told me that their was now a $25 charge for tech support and paid upfront. I was surprised and said I was not aware of this policy and would like to further verify. I asked him for the store location expecting a card with the information, but he referred me to look for the address on the front door. I walked away and he said you can complain to whoever you like. I felt misinformed by this "rude" store manager! The Good: I called 611 from my car in the parking lot of the store and worked with a service tech who promptly and professionally resolved the issue. I was grateful to have my phone fixed and thanked him tremendously for a job well done. I then told the tech about my encounter with the store manager and asked if he could look up the information about the service fee. After several moments he came back and said it was false. I was disappointed and asked that they look into this matter closely so customers are not misinformed. I have been a customer at AT&T for over 20 years and never had problems with customer service. Delivery and hookup were done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. A few weeks later, our dryer broke down. We were able to pick out the Amana dryer over the phone. The delivery drivers (Ricardo and Alex) were again very courteous and professional. This was the best overall experience in selecting appliances my wife and I have had.
