We received excellent service here. The first person greeted us and welcomed us and made sure we were on the waitlist. The second person came shortly afterwards and answered all of our questions about the deals with getting a new phone. She also replaced the SIM card of my husband's phone and it's working better. Our phones are old and we are ready to get new ones and they had a good deal on them. Problem is I have too many pics on my phone and need to take care of that. I would feel very comfortable purchasing our new phones from this location bc of their excellent customer service. read more

Subject: Complaint Regarding AT&T Store Waitlist and Customer Service Yesterday, after my phone was stolen, I went to an AT&T store to restore my phone line. I added my name to the waitlist and was instructed to wait for text message notifications. I received a text confirming that I was next in line and that I would be notified by text when it was my turn. I waited outside the store for an hour and a half, relying on the notification system exactly as instructed. I never received another text. Instead, the store closed, and I was later told that employees had called my name. This is completely unacceptable. If customers are asked to provide their phone numbers and wait for text notifications, they should be able to rely on that system. I should not have to stand outside for an hour and a half only to discover that the store had called my name instead of sending the promised notification. I was already dealing with the stressful situation of having my phone stolen. The lack of communication made an already difficult situation considerably worse and wasted a significant amount of my time. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and how AT&T intends to resolve this situation. I also hope the store will review its waitlist procedures so other customers do not experience the same problem. I look forward to your response. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! this store is absolutely horrible. The people are so rude and unprofessional. They scammed and messed up my promotion so much that it has taken me many many trips to the store and many many times to figure out why they did not give me my credit!! This was one of the most inefficient customer service experiences I have ever had with AT&T. I spent my entire afternoon in the store attempting to return an iPhone 17, and despite being only 24 hours outside the holiday return window, no one was willing to offer even minimal flexibility or provide a workable solution. After nearly four hours of waiting in a chaotic environment with children crying, customers talking over one another, and multiple staff members and managers interrupting and contradicting each other, I left with no resolution and a device I do not need. The follow-up customer service on the phone was even worse: long hold times, repeated interruptions, and representatives who could not offer any actionable assistance or escalation. This failure across multiple points of service has already cost me thousands of dollars in wasted time, lost productivity, and now being stuck with a device I did not intend to keep. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company of AT&T's size and reputation. read more

We are talking about the pioneer in cell phone service here. I've been at loyal customer for about 20+ years. I came to trade in my phone for an upgrade. It seems that customer service quality is a Philosophy from the past, we were treated poorly, there's no warm "welcome to our store"anymore, just come and get what you want and don't ask questions. I have never been treated rudely in my life! I worked with Brian and he just acted like he didn't want to help me at all. I just switched over from t-mobile as apart of their first responder/COVID promotion (I'm a nurse). He had a terrible attitude, he had a very condescending tone, was trying to sell me things that I didn't want and finally told me there was nothing more he could do for me. I was trying to transfer 4 lines onto 4 new phones... simple basic stuff. He called over his manager John who was also extremely rude and condescending. They just treated me and my sister like they didn't want us in the store and didn't want my business. I work hard for my money and I am risking my health everyday caring for COVID patients. You would think I would be able to receive good customer service atleast. The whole ordeal made me not even want to do business with AT&T anymore and made me want to go back to T-mobile. I honestly feel like of you treat others with respect, you should get the same in return...but I guess they missed that memo. Worst customer service experience ever. I've been a customer with AT&T since 2008! I will also add I have six lines on my account. I've Never experienced anything like this store. I was told they would call me for my appointment and put me on a waitlist. I went outside and sat for an hour, no phone call. I went in and they apologized they cleared my name from the board accidentally. But didn't take the time to call my cell phone number that I left. Then it just got worse from there. Horrible customer service. Was not greeted on arrival. Sat and waited as the two associates worked with other customers; we expected to be next (no one else in store). Associate finishes with customer, goes to associate 2's customer who is waiting for his service to cycle up, and starts chit-chatting. Still no acknowledging our presence or "we'll be right with you", nothing. Waited another few minutes through useless banter. Other customers arrived who were greeted. So we left. There is absolutely no efficiency or customer service happening at this location. I've been here twice with issues it would take 90 seconds or less. All I wanted to do was purchase an item. Nothing to do with my account. And they can't see me until the other 45 people with cell phone plan changes are seen first. Omggggg what a depressing customer service they have!!! It's horrible!!!! I wanted a portable speaker, they sold me like a "Alexa" I got home noticed the box was opened but I was like it's ok, so I put it to charge and realized wasn't charging, I think it was like an Alexa, also when I try to connect to my Bluetooth it was under the name of "kitchen speaker" they obviously used it and returned it, so I went back to the store and they charge me re-stocking fee!! Seriously??? Sold me something I didn't want used and you charge re-stocking fee, no wonder why I left AT&T years ago! Totally my fault went to help my moms with something with her line and made a mistake of shopping there Wth I told the guy you should tell people about "your re-stocking fee" and he didn't even look at me and said I will... The help we got at this store was amazing! Chris, the manager, ended up helping Rob, a new employee. Both were exceptional! We were trying to port our old phone number to a new iPhone we purchased at Sam's Club. Unfortunately Sam's Club couldn't do it so we went to the ATT store on Fruitville. Those guys were worthless! Not even willing to help. David at the desk gave us a phone number to call and went on his business. After using my personal phone and on hold for 10 minutes, I asked another employee, a female, Tara, might have been her name, to see if we could be on hold with her store phone, as we were using my husbands Tracfone. After not wanting to help us, she dialed the number. We were on hold 20 minutes so I finally left and went home to call on my home phone. So I will write another review for that poor service! Well, long story short, the guys at ATT Cattleman got it to work for us! I will definitely go back to this store and NEVER to the Fruitville ATT store! read more

Did a prepaid order online. Received an email saying due to covid19 we are only doing curbside pickup. Not true. Go inside TONS of people in the store, 2 people working. And they want to add us to their wait list instead of just going and grabbing the order that was supposedly "ready for pickup" between people. No common sense in that and the ordering experience was even worse than the pickup. So exhausted with the continued ridiculous service I get from ATT overall. Everything is an ordeal when I have to do anything especially when spending money. read more
