As a new customer, I walked into the store because I wanted in-person assistance. Being dismissed simply because I chose a more affordable plan is disappointing and unprofessional. I had a new Z-Fold phone where the left half of the screen went solid green. They arranged for a replacement after significant paperwork. It took a week for the new phone to arrive. And IT went belly up in two days! But I went to the internet first, instead of Verizon, where I was advised by some helpful poster to RESET everything and AVOID 'enhanced' settings. Did so and problems disappeared and have not returned. AI is highly overrated! Be VERY careful allowing the phone to 'think' for you. All the fancy 'adaptive' options are VERY unreliable. AND most of the staff in the stores are just not up to the challenge. BUT WORSE, Verizon 5G is just not there! And neither are ANY of the other vendors, except in densely populated areas! They SELL 5G service but it just isn't there! They SELL 5G 'home internet' but it isn't there! Their nearest 5G service is not close enough to reach with the phone or the 'home internet router'! Lots of 4 and 3G, even 2G! No 5G! In my area, ALL 5G is T-Mobile and concentrated around the local interstate highway! NO VERIZON 5G, even though they SELL it. Maybe in another year or two or three or 2030? 5G is HIGHLY overrated! It is great when you can get it. But don't hold your breath!

Many residents already contract with Xfinity for internet services. 3. Eddie Wireless must be unaware of these facts. What other details have they missed in their business? 4. The condo association has a "No Soliciting" policy clearly stated at the entrance to the property. 5. Personnel hired by Eddie Wireless basically trespassed on our private property to place door hanger advertising on each resident's door. 6. This distribution was a waste of time and resources in addition to being disrespectful of our private property.
