Acme service. The best customer service you could dream of! I came in to get a battery replacement for my GSHOCK gma watch and easily found the right battery type. Each employee went out of their way to make my experience the best and even offered a screw driver at first, complimentary. I ended up just getting the battery replaced for me by an expert and my watch is now ticking smoothly. They were dealing with other customers too and going extremely out of thejr way to help all. I bought a key fob online (got a 25% off coupon and their price was less than half of the dodge dealer and lower than any locksmith I contacted.) When ordering the key fob online it only gave me a couple options for a dodge. Not knowing but the store did not have the correct one key fob. They went out of their way to get the correct one in and called me to have it programmed as soon as it arrived. the employees of this Bradenton Florida location on 14th street were exceptional. My iPhone XR was very ill. It heated up, wouldn't keep a charge and the charger port was erratic , wonky and slow to charge. Wasn't looking forward to spending $$$ to buy new. They worked very hard on one of the more labor intensive repairs. I wish I could remember all their names but only recall Will, last name " in training". But they seriously were all friendly, engaging and represented your company very well with good customer service and hard work, and even cracked a couple of jokes which is always appreciated in these times. Returned because of past service this time to fix some flashlights that had corroded batteries. They spent a great amount of time trying to resuscitate the flashlights even as customers came in with bigger problems. I felt guilty and bought some light bulbs that were discounted. These guys are very customer friendly and helpful( at least at this store location) read more

I had spectacular attention and assistance from the staff at this Batteries Plus location last week. I live nearby and I always head there first for wiper blades, car batteries, and many little household needs. They are the best, I don't even let my car brand service center replace blades or batteries anymore. I get better service and attention here. read more

My husband went to Batteries Plus to get replacement batteries for our security system since the system said all the batteries needed to be replaced. Well, shockers, the batteries were fine and the Batteries Plus man suggested some basic maintenance. Between that and the repeated problems with this stupid company I'm ready to switch to a new company. He has gone to Batteries Plus multiple times and has always been super pleased. Had the best experience at this "battery store" I say that because they fixed my I-phone screen & battery better than any i-Phone store ever has. Also got new windshield wipers as well which they replaced for me on the spot. Not to mention they were the most friendly bunch of fellas I've run across since being in Sarasota!! Batteries plus has signs everywhere and when they answer the phone it says we fix iPhones, they are in capable of fixing iPhones they will charge you and attempt to fix your phone and then tell you it still doesn't work go to a different store 25 miles away and they have big signs that say we fix iPhones but again same thing they don't fix iPhones because they don't know how they are very confused on what an iPhone is. If you need an iPhone repaired I suggest that you go to Apple or try and find someone who actually can fix an iPhone. Batteries plus Panellus Park, batteries plus Bradenton both suck! read more

Went in to Have charging port replaced which is $90. They fixed the problem and didn't charge anything saving me a bundle.
