The furniture was ordered within 2 weeks we had a call that it was ready for delivery. The furniture was delivered as promised by two of the most considerate deliver men I have ever seen. They helped us inspect the furniture, carried it to the lanai and placed it where we wanted it, then had us step back and make sure it didn't need to be moved anywhere else. They were truly concerned that we were happy. They were very careful with not tracking dirt onto the lanai as it had been newly painted. I will recommend Patio Factory to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you to Bob, our delivery men and the staff at Patio Factory, you have a customer for Life.

It was one of my favorite favorite shops of all times and I still have many memories all over my house as well as jewelry and clothes that I bought there. I would often go during my lunch break and buy a few sodas at the corner store and just hang out. Gale, Durella, Mary and Tony were wonderful. I loved their Mexican silver jewelry and have some really unique pieces that I get compliments on all the time. I have a huge fountain in my front yard that my neighbors love. I have several pieces of large furniture that I purchased from them, many gifts over the years I purchased from there and a fabulous collection of old world Christmas ornaments. Joe Ernst,…read morethe sales rep, came to our home, measured the space, and provided a written quote to install an outdoor kitchen hood. He made a good impression, and although we solicited multiple quotes, G&C was a frontrunner. The process involved delays in receiving answers to our questions, resulting in a considerable waste of our time. Despite Joe measuring our lanai, the written estimate included a 10-12' vent cover. After remeasuring to confirm our 9.5' ceiling height, we asked to change to the appropriate 9-10' vent cover and adjust the price accordingly. The replacement part retails for $90 less. Rather than simply revise the quote, we received an email stating that they had decided not to do business with us. Very disappointing customer service, communication, and inflexibility over what should have been a simple and reasonable adjustment.
