I went to Cabinets Unlimited to get a price on kitchen cabinets. That was about six week ago. so far no price. I went to Home Depot with the same request, and within one hour while I sat there, I had a price. I don't understand what the problem is with Cabinets Unlimited! read more

We decided to replace our vanity and mirror in the owners bath. Stopped by Cabinets Unlimited and spoke with Karen. She seemed knowledgeable, helpful and had what we wanted. We purchased a vanity, granite countertop and custom mirror with a lead time of 6 weeks. Before the vanity was to be ordered, someone would come out and make sure our measurements were correct. No one came out to measure and approximately 5 weeks later, we received an email from Karen stating the vanity would be installed on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. No follow-up call or email stating which day or a time. On Wednesday, the installer and vanity showed up about 9:30 am. During the installation, a nick on the front of the vanity was noticed. The installer stated that we could refuse the vanity and wait another 6 weeks or he could try to "fix" it. The idea of being without water for 6 weeks didn't appeal to us so we asked him to let Karen know that it was delivered damaged and to fix it. He stated he would be back the next day to install the hardware and he would fix it then. He never showed up and no communication from Karen. Next came the measurements for the countertop. Again, no communication about when they would be coming, luckily we were home. The mirror and the installers showed up unannounced before countertop was installed, so we refused that and left a message for Karen about the scheduling confusion. She did not get back to us. A day later, the countertop and installers showed up, again no communication from Karen. This pattern of no communication and scheduling issues continued throughout the entire job. This review is getting long, so I will finish it off by stating after I initiated a call to Karen to settle the final payment, the vanity installer came back and fixed the nick. I would not recommend Cabinets Unlimited. The communication, scheduling and basic customer service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I went there a few months ago, wanting to renovate my kitchen. The man in the showroom was super-helpful, showing me around and writing down all my choices. He told me someone would get back to me to come out and measure. Never heard anything. A week or two later, I called the number that the man had given me, he answered "hello" (not the name of the store) but anyway I told him no one called me. He basically said that wasn't his area anymore and that my information was on someone else's desk. I never did hear from anyone. I've ordered my new kitchen from M&L Cabinets. Maybe Cabinets Unlimited doesn't need the business. read more
