MyShowerDoor has been great to work with, from start to finish. As part of a bathroom renovation,…read morewe wanted to replace the glass on a stub wall section of our walk in shower. Patrick did a great job explaining the glass and clamp options, did a quick drawing to confirm what I wanted, and gave me an estimate, with the understanding that it could change after they came out to do exact measurements. The visit for the measurements was quick and easy. Rosko and Trent did the installation and were super polite, efficient, professional and did a perfect cleanup. Best service hands down and good prices for quality work. I recommend MyShowerDoor without reservation.

I drew out my countertop project with exact measurements & emailed the drawing with my request out…read moreto 8 different countertop dealers. Within minutes, 301 Granite & Marble called me. Because it was a smaller countertop, granite slabs that were left over from their larger jobs would work fine. Asli with 301 Granite & Marble quoted me a great price of $600 & invited me to come in to take a look. No other dealer returned a call from the emails that I sent out. So I started calling other dealers, leaving messages in hopes of getting some quotes. No returned calls. I guess they just don't want the business. So I drove out, hit two places and got remnant quotes of $1200 and $1400 to $1500 depending on the choice of granite. Wide variance of quotes, but I headed to 301 Granite & Marble to see what's available. The only problem I had, was the nice choice of granite remnants available, all for the $600 quoted price. I found a beautiful piece. The $600 price was the final price. No add on fees for cuts, edging, delivery, for installation, or for sealing. Their quoted price included everything. I was impressed & I paid 50%, & was given a delivery/install date that worked for me. They were right on time the day promised. Installation was quick, with lots of attention to detail with shims, silicone adhesive and a final sealing. My mini pool bar was complete without blowing my budget. Even after the install date I still never heard from the emailed countertop dealers except for one with another $1200 quote. To sum it up, I got a really good price that was half of their competitors. But more important, the service I received from 301 GRANITE & MARBLE was great. I highly recommend that you grab a quote somewhere then head directly over to 301 GRANITE & MARBLE to be wowed while you save your money. 301 GRANITE & MARBLE 5 STARS!!!!!

We were ultimately very disappointed with this experience, which started out positively. Joe Ernst,…read morethe sales rep, came to our home, measured the space, and provided a written quote to install an outdoor kitchen hood. He made a good impression, and although we solicited multiple quotes, G&C was a frontrunner. The process involved delays in receiving answers to our questions, resulting in a considerable waste of our time. Despite Joe measuring our lanai, the written estimate included a 10-12' vent cover. After remeasuring to confirm our 9.5' ceiling height, we asked to change to the appropriate 9-10' vent cover and adjust the price accordingly. The replacement part retails for $90 less. Rather than simply revise the quote, we received an email stating that they had decided not to do business with us. Very disappointing customer service, communication, and inflexibility over what should have been a simple and reasonable adjustment.

Our designers introduced us to The Plumbing Place for our plumbing needs to our remodel of the…read morekitchen and several bathrooms. I've read the other reviews that are quite dated. They are correct to say the store displays their plumbing nicely. However, their breadth of brands is limited. The brands they do sell are just okay. Their prices are way higher for the exact same items sold elsewhere on the Internet, local hardware stores, and local retailers. We had an unending process of finding the same plumbing item elsewhere and having them meet comp. Their list of items you've chosen is heavily coded to make it hard to search for the same item elsewhere, but once you figure out their code you can find everything someplace else at a much lower price. However, this said, The Plumbing Place has some severe problems with merchantability of their wares. All sales are final. You can't return anything, even for exchange. You simply get hardware and a handshake. If you prefer a brand they don't carry, like American Standard or Delta, they can't help you. For these reasons and others, BUYER BEWARE. Don't waste your time here. Go to Ferguson's. They have everything The Plumbing Place has, plus much more. Besides, it's more fun shopping there.
