The project involved removing walls and a closet,…read moreraising the ceiling, removing and replacing tile floors, adding in a new doorway, all new cabinets, appliances, electric, plumbing, etc. While I'm moderately satisfied with the finished outcome, I would not use this company again. The project was poorly managed on their side. Both their company employees as well as sub contractors that they used would routinely show up late and generally be unaware of what they were there for. Thankfully, I work from home, so I was able to direct activities most of the time, but this is not the level of service I expected for such a high priced project and there are problems with the finished product that could have been avoided if they had the right skilled people (instead of me) there to manage the job as designed. Also, be aware that they do not provide a contract. They use the estimate as their contract, which was missing quite a few details. In hindsight, I should have spent more time upfront making sure every little detail was spelled out in the estimate.

We contracted with Kelley and Jeff ( I…read morebelieve Kelly is the new owner) right before Christmas for a full kitchen remodel new counters , cabinets, sink, lighting etc. we were told about 2 months as they will only start the remodel when all components are in. 2 months later we were ready to go. We already had our granite (in a beautiful leather finish) picked out. The demo team showed up on Monday morning. Vladimar, his son, and Fred.They took the utmost care in taping off the floors and by the end of the day we had a big empty room and not a spec of debris anywhere! The next few days was the installation of base and wall frames and then moved on to the cabinets themselves. The quality and finishing of these Amish made cabinets is outstanding! Dovetailed sealed and corners butted so tight you would think it's one piece! The kitchen was coming together. Next was Alan from Export Granite... extremely professional and efficient. He knew exactly how we wanted the veins matched and from what portion. ( we selected Brazilian Fantasy in leather finish ) if you never seen leather finished granite. Head there to see it. It's a game changer and not anything like cookie cutter Cambrian that everyone has ! Brian's team from Light Life Electric and his team were extremely efficient and fast in installing underneath and kick plate lighting as well as repositioning pendants over our new island Plumbing was taken care of by 941 plumbing and he installed two new traps, sink, faucets and garbage disposal. Once that was complete Vladimir came back to do the finish trim? Crown molding and as they say "Voila" !!! We had a beautiful remodeled kitchen in less than 10 days and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend you call them Jeff Stumpo was our sales and Kelley the owner were heavily involved in our design and layout making suggestions you would never get from a big box or from any other contractor. We met with 5 contractors , did our research on reviews and decided on Copper Leaf... friends can't believe the difference in our home. It is only 8 years old but the builder grade had to go ! Of course they always ask "was it expensive ?" It was well within our "budgeted" plans. They aren't the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. I'd call Copper Leaf ....SOLID!!!! Great product, great quality, professional team and most of all they work with you. You won't go wrong with them as your choice!

We got AMAZINGLY GOOD PRICING at this store. We went there first for a quote on a full set of…read morekitchen appliances (dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, stove, refrigerator - all the same brand). We then went to HH Gregg which is new in town and supposedly giving excellent pricing. They were $1,500 over the price we got at Lowe's WITHOUT the extended warrantees, installation or a plug for the stove. They also did not have the model refrigerator or microwave we wanted. They had a more expensive fridge and a low end micro (the only frige and micro they had in that famous brand). Lowe's has a selection of several models in the same brand name. They have lots of other brands and items to choose from, too. This sounds like an ad, LOL. We were also impressed with the Lowe's salesperson's knowledge (Zach). We went back and made sure he got our sale. We know where to shop now, thank you Lowe's. Our only problem was their checkout person did not know how to properly ring up our sale. She could not get the entire order to appear on her register screen and started to give us a hard time about it as if we were mistaken (or lying or crazy, sheesh!). Our salesperson had to come to the front of the store and press a single key on her register in order for it to show our entire order. Nobody's perfect, but be aware of the potential for that because your order is established in the specific department, then you go to the front of the store to have the sale rung up - assert yourself if necessary so you get assurance of what you're buying.

Lowe's Customer Service at the 14th Street location is terrible. Bought 2 toilets at this store and…read moreone was defective leaking on the floor. After a follow up with the installer who misdiagnosed the problem again, I had to call in another plumber who quickly determined the problem. Lowe's does not stand by their products and fails to take responsibility for their Customer Service Staff who are rude and unprofessional. Will not go there again.
