If I could rate this store ZERO stars, I would. And, if it wasn't such a hassle, I would give up AT&T solely because of this store and its obnoxious staff. especially Austin! I bought the latest iPhone and was told my trade in was $350. When I came back to go through with the trade in, I was given a sales pitch for internet. I told the rep I wasn't interested. He Got very rude and said we are done n took my phone. I told him I wanted a receipt. he threw a paper at me that said $37.50. I told him I wanted my phone back I was told it was $350. That's when Austin (the guy that was all too happy to sell me the $1200 phone) comes out and says I'm being antagonistic! He told me I couldn't have my phone back because I had signed the trade in agreement. I hadn't signed ANYTHING! He asked his rep if that was true . After he was forced to admit, I hadn't signed ANYTHING, he gave it to me and said leave. This is NOT an actual AT&T Store - It is an Authorized Retailer They changed my unlimited plan without authorization causing $6506.67 in data usage charges in 7 days. My phone went to SOS after a tower issue in my area. The only representative in the store seemed very helpful, as he took the time to try to fix my phone by creating a new E-Sim. He could not fix the issue, and he said it was not AT&T, but a phone issue, but if I went to Apple and they say the phone is fine to come back, he would continue to try to fix it (at this point I should have known). So after spending 45 minutes with him, I drove to the Apple store, as my phone is still under warranty. Apple determined that the phone is fine and the issue is with AT&T. I went to another AT&T store that was closer to the Apple store (an actual AT&T store not an Authorized Retailer) and they fixed my phone within a few minutes. Seven days later, I received a text message from AT&T that I have $6,506.67 of unbilled activity on my line. After figuring out exactly when my plan was changed, we determined that the rep at the Authorized Dealer AT&T changed my plan. I have spent nearly 25 hours trying to rectify this with AT&T and still have to wait until the actual bill is generated to dispute the charges. Fortunately, they were able to switch my plan back to the original plan. Never again will I step foot in that store. read more

I had incredible service when I visited this store with Frankie and his staff. I replaced my iPad and watch and ordered a new iPhone 15. The data transfer to my new iPad was seamless and I got good value for the trade in items. When I received my new iPhone, Frankie handled the transfer of data just as quickly as possible gave me lots of time to ask questions. I will return to this store to work with Frankie anytime rather than the local store 15 minutes closer. The customer service is wonderful. read more

There is only one person that works in the store named Grace and she does not even know what she's doing. This is one of the most customer-friendly stores! I bought my husband a new iPhone and had great service and a few weeks later I bought myself a new iPhone and iPad. TJ was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Although there were customers almost constantly coming into the store, he greeted them nicely but never lost track of what he was doing for me at the time. I have nothing but good comments about this store (very clean and good displays) and the sales associates. Definitely recommend! read more

Time to decide which customer service is worse...... Verizon or AT&T Imo they both are horrendous however verizon screwed me out of 400$ while AT&T is trying for 300$ I have been dealing with this issue since october and NONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have received multiple different answers and when I finally wrong thought I had reached a solution I December, I WAS WRONG! Here we are January and They now have 2 days to get this resolved before I get charged 300$ for a phone I returned to them a month ago! it all started with a trip to Apple in order to diagnose why my phone was acting up (iPhone 7). The specialist told me it be 150$ to fix the phone or we could use my wife's eligible uppgrade to replace my phone for 50$, and I could return my phone inplace of hers. All we had to do was go to att and switch the imei number. I even called ATT service from the store to confirm it was possible, the ATT rep said it was and that I just had to return the old phone or be charged so I went for the obvious option. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE. Insert clown car music here. I receive a text message mind you two day before the end of the buyers remorse period and shortly after being in the att corporate store, (they told me all I had to do was mail the phone back to warehouse and we'd be good) stating return my WIFES phone or pay 297$ so call att cust service and speak to a nice lady who also says it is possible and that she is going to escalate the situation and open a case. I ask about buyers remorse period and she says it can be extended 30 days and some one will call me with answer next week. Well one day before I am to get my answer from att (no call btw I had to call them), I get another text stating the exact same thing again. So I call them back again this time sit on hold for 2 hours get to loyalty dept and they tell me what I was told is not possible and that the iphone 8 must be returned ASAP in order to avoid fees she also states she is extending remorse period. So I go to Apple that weekend to return the 8, I spent the better part of 9 hours bouncing around between the corporate att store and Apple. Corporate att store wouldn't take the phone and att cust service kept telling me to take the phone to the store. I even had the Apple rep talk to the att rep to try and figure this out. So now here we December and I am now on the phone AGAIN FOr the 5th time trying to resolve this. This loyalty rep states he is sending me a shipping label and to mail the 8 back and I will be good to go. A couple days later (haven't mailed phone yet waiting for weekend. I am a full time student with a job as well. Time is tight) I receive that dang text again. Call att and the rep states once they receive the phone all the charges and texts will dissapear. So now we are at the weekend, I go to post office and mail the phon in December thought I could finally rest. Again, WRONG, I check my statement last week to find out my bill has gone up to 433$ and I am now being charged for a phone that att has in their possession. This absolute The worst customer service ever. Every single one of your reps need retraining. None of you know what you are doing and it's ridiculous. Apple fixed their end when they replaced my faulty 7 for FREE BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO SO FOR ME ATT HOW ARE YOU GOING TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION AND KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER. I have been with att since I was 16 on my dads plan. Only left when I needed to combine lines with wife and get off dads plan. Went to Verizon for their buy out plan. And came right back to att for the amazing customers service I received from them when I was one my dads plan. Boy I was wrong. I talked to a rep least week who said again he was escalating the situation and he would personally call me in 3 days with a resolution. Here we are 5 days later and I receive no phone call however I receive an email stating they received no phone and I'm going to get charged the 297$ for a phone THAT THEY HAVE WHAT IN THE ACTUAL CRAP IS THIS!!! read more
