I ordered a new iPad and within two I days it was in I went back to have it activated and was extremely pleased . I did have to wait awhile but there was only one rep there. He was amazing! Avoid this store at all costs! Downloaded the Yelp app just so I could review this business and give a bad rating. Never left a review but this time I felt it was necessary. The sales associate was extremely rude and cut me off in mid-sentence to "have a nice day" to try to get rid of me. I have 13 devices on my business plan with Verizon and are considering switching all of them just because of how rudely I was treated by this store. read more

Terrible service, quickly selling me a phone and then a ZAGG screen protector for $50. The first month it cracked just from being in my handbag. That was in october/November ZAGG has the replacements on backorder. No one except maybe the kiosk at UTC mall has replacements. That's an hour away. Complained about this product obviously not being that good because they are out of replacements. . . All the time. So the salesman states " I go thru 5 or 6 a year" . you need to sell a better product!!! Really? So I've had a cracked screen for 4 months. I had an S5 with otterbox for 5 years without as much as a scratch!! So frustrating. The new verizon on 4q near nokomis wont help , they cant. They only sell products. They are not a verizon dealer? They cant help with any issues. That explains why parking lot is empty a lot. read more

Have to laugh as I have never written a yelp review until now. I closed my 15 year old verizon account due to consolidating my phones to another provider. Everything went smooth until I got an email two months later saying I owed 9 cents. No problem. Try to call and was told it was faster to go into a local verizon store. No problem, drive across town,and then told to come back the next day due to it being busy. Again, no problem. Get there at 9am and store is still not open. Single female employee opens at 9:05AM and says "what do you need." I could tell immediately this was not going to go well. I tell her I have a simple account that was closed and need to pay a nine cent bill. She says "what is the account number?" I hand her the email and it only lists the last 4 digits of the account. Ive been on paperless billing for a decade and none of the bills have that information on it for security reasons. She doesn't ask my name, phone number, or anything else to help look for it- rather she says to call this number (and rattles it off like Im going to remember it). I tell her I need to get something to write it down and start to open notepad on my phone. She can see that I am still opening it and rattles it off even faster this time. I knew it was time to leave because she was not going to do a thing to help. I said to her "thanks, but you were not much help with this." She then began yelling "you are rude and need to leave," and then proceeded to keep waving at me at yelling "bye bye." I seriously started laughing and said "this is why you lose 15 year customers," as I left the store. Took an hour on the phone to get a human at verizon corporate, but they were appalled by what I told them happened, and they took care of the 9 cent bill immediately. I've never had issues with Verizon but seriously, the woman working at this store (who wouldn't' give her name) has no business working in any customer service position. read more

After losing my cell phone, I went to this store for a replacement. The lone staff member, a young woman named, i think, Amanda. She was like a conductor, dealing with multiple customers and taking phone calls while doing so. Despite being overwhelmed, Amanda never lost her composure. She has a bright future and I have a new phone. read more

Buyer beware. There is no signage on the exterior of the store that identifies them as a reseller. They are not a corporate store which makes a hugh difference in fees and customer service. From my very first interaction I had attitude from the supposed store manager tell me not to buy the phone I wanted and then basically having me an ultimatum of the only phones they had in stock. They charged $50 to transfer data from my old phone which was not told to me prior to charging my credit card and it took a day to transfer which Verizon could have done for free without loosing my phone for 6 hours. The phone never worked correctly verified by Samsung and corporate Verizon but the store and supposedly the area manager insisted I pay $90 restocking fee even though the phone was bad and this decision wasn't by choice. Luckily I called Verizon corporate they got me a free phone and compensated me for my inconvenience. Bottom line buyer beware of this store it isn't corporate Verizon and it's obvious they have no interest in customer satisfaction. read more

I rarely write reviews because most people employed to service customers do anything but service the customer. This case was very different. Trying to help my elderly uncle get a new cell phone was a challenge to manage long distance - until I called Wireless Zone and Venice FL and spoke with Beverly. I cannot speak highly enough about Beverly and her service level - it was over the top. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns about why I was trying to buy my uncle an "older" model phone, and really tried to help me resolve my need. In the end the iPhone 8 Plus phones are impossible to find so Beverly recommended that my uncle consider an SE. He went to the store and Beverly helped him every step of the way though obtaining the phone, transferring everything over and really making sure he was set before he walked out the door. appreciate so much the top notch service level over the last 3 days. Beverly you went above and beyond! others should learn from you - you represent true CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went there Friday 12/18/20 after making every effort to get help with issues on my iPhone 11 Pro and my disabled IPad. I tried to make appointments with Apple, (referred me to Best Buy). Tried to make appointment for in store help, kept getting disconnected. Tried to purchase on line, "try back later ". So I got up that morning called what I thought was the Trust store I used in Venice. They said they had what I needed, come on in. I immediately drove to the store I thought I called, went to the door, it was monitored and I couldn't get in. About that time the Verizon store on Jacaranda called and asked if I was still coming. Just a few miles away! Awesome experience. Bought new phone and new I pad. Got the tech help I needed. Great prices. New store. Associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I've never had a good experience in this store, I have tried to purchase items and was refused also when paying phone bill there registration was done incorrectly intentionally for the bill and my service was disconnected ... the last straw was when I inquired how about a pair of headphones the sales tech advise me that the headphones were of quality and sounded great the price was $42.70 when I got home the headphones sounded like they were under water and complete trash and it turns out the flex Force wireless neckband earbuds made by iFrogz actually sell for 19.99 and they price them at $40. The bottom line when I went into the store to ask about store credit or an exchange they advised me this was a non-returnable item purchase from Amazon for the low price of 19.99 and resold for double the cost under the pretense there are quality headphones and there nothing of the sort I will never shop in the store again in the last year-and-a-half I've had so many problems every time I've gone in there I just refused to go now and would not recommend anyone else go read more
