My phone was jumping all over the place. It was opening tabs, scrolling, and typing in random letters trying to unlock my phone. I literally had to fight to power down my phone before it erased my phone. Did I mention my phone's battery would drain faster than The Flash running down the street? I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. He fixed it super quickly. I want to say it was fixed within an hour or two. Thank you Carl. You are the absolutely best! My phone is perfect!

After doing so, I received calls from the personal phone number of the sales representative who originally handled my account. When I returned the call, I was insulted and called a "bitch" before the representative hung up. I called back to make sure I had heard correctly, and the same insult was repeated before another hang up. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a business representative. Customers should be able to raise concerns about their service without being contacted and insulted afterward. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and takes appropriate action.

Not only did they fail to repair the device, they returned it in pieces with no explanation . Despite initial promises in-store and a follow-up phone call assuring us it would be fixed, they gave it back in worse condition than when we dropped it off. My son was in TEARS . You can't get anyone on the phone --you literally have to show up in person just to get a response. We had to show up 3 times. They even promised my son a week ago that it would be reassembled, yet it was handed back to us just ripped apart . I have a computer degree and would never return someone's electronics in this condition. I don't trust the glowing reviews on Google--they probably use a service to bury the negative ones . This place is incompetent and unprofessional , and I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. I've attached images of how it was returned and the credit card charge for honest proof.

*ALERT* *ALERT* please be careful when dealing with this company they are known for finessing the…read moresystem. The "FIRE" that's has been under investigation caused them to lose my pawn. I tried to come and pay my pawn off before I've had knowledge of the so called "FIRE" (which looked more like robbery to me with the doors being ripped up and forced open) I was given a card and told to call back in a few days when the store would be open. The store did not open for weeks to come. I didn't stop at 1 call I called multiple times ( phone records for evidence) and each time I called the same response was given " The store will be open in about a week you can come and check if we your item". Over the course of the stores closing I've misplaced my wallet so I'm currently in the process of getting a replacement ID to pick up "my item". I was notified that I would still have to pay my full pawn fee plus a late fee. I'm an ok paying my original pawn fee but when a customer has come to pay for their item and they are unable too because of a problem on the company's side the least that can be done is to give an exception on the late fee which was not the customers fault. Also if they are going to charge the full amount plus late I feel as if I should be getting my ORIGINAL ITEM THAT I CAME IN WITH not one of your unsold REPLACEMENTS. As soon as I pick up my item I feel the need to file a report on this store. The way the situation was handled was very unorganized. I will now be boycotting CASH AMERICA Pawn Shop.
