    WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH…read more I left Spectrum on October 8th, returned EVERY piece of equipment I had, and thought I was finally done with their terrible service. Fast forward to today--I check my account and find out they took $270 out WITHOUT my authorization, pushing my account into the negative. When I called, they had the nerve to tell me I "still have other equipment." Absolutely not. On October 8th, at the Spectrum store in Pinellas Park, FL, I explicitly told them I had nothing else. Not only did I live in my apartment for 3 years, but Spectrum techs came out multiple times and they themselves swapped equipment and took old boxes with them. Now suddenly they want to "investigate" -- but somehow they had ZERO hesitation taking my money instantly. Funny how the investigation only starts after they hit your bank account. And their answer? "We can't give it back." Spectrum is hands down the WORST provider in existence. Shaky service, constant outages, clueless customer support, and now apparently they just help themselves to people's bank accounts. Do yourself a favor: RUN from this company. They don't deserve a single customer. Everyone should throw away their business ASAP.

    The T mobile store in Riverview is good and I would trust them. Unfortunately i did my order…read moreonline at night as I was busy. I was promised me a new phone plan and promotion. The new phone got lost is shipment but unfortunately my service was transferred to new phone which was lost. I went to store and restored service to my phone and that is when i found out I did not have the plan and price quoted but one that was $44 a month more. After 2 more weeks and 3 hours on phone and 3 times promising the change was a mistake and would be fixed, Nothing was ever done. I called and demanded to know exactly what was being done. Told nothing and I could pay the extra $44 or just leave. I left and the sales tax collected would be refunded as I never received a phone. The internet add said I had a month to try and cancel. I just had $70 deducted from my checking for my 3 weeks of service and never received the sales tax back (also about $70). I would say never do on line and only in store as all I got was lies but the store people are honest and there to help.

Their excellent customer service changed my entire perspective. - If you're ever in Riverview off Big Bend Road, I highly recommend Amanda and DeVaughn for upgrades, billing questions, and anything else you need. Additional notes: - DeVaughn carried himself with the poise and knowledge of a manager, which impressed me--especially since he isn't one, according to the store. She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True.
