She even commented that she recognized me because I've been there many times before. Yes I told her I purchased two cell phones from you people and you won't take a $30 purchase that I have with a receipt. I would not recommend this location as they don't know how to treat clients specially that they would lose a client over a $30 purchase that is being returned in perfect condition with a small rip in the bottom of the box.

My phone was jumping all over the place. It was opening tabs, scrolling, and typing in random letters trying to unlock my phone. I literally had to fight to power down my phone before it erased my phone. Did I mention my phone's battery would drain faster than The Flash running down the street? I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. He fixed it super quickly. I want to say it was fixed within an hour or two. Thank you Carl. You are the absolutely best! My phone is perfect!

He added me to a new account with a new phone & also told my SO about his deal he had being a loyal customer. Verizon was able to buy back his old phone and upgrade him as well. While the process was tedious, Chris K was extremely polite and courteous from start to finish. He stayed 3 1/2 hrs after close to get everything squared away for us! He's new to the cellphone sales but was so friendly and calm as he went through the process with us. Thank you Chris + team for taking the time and making the whole process bearable. I am pregnant, and instead of support, I was met with hostility and unnecessary stress. After paying $64.49, we just received it back today--April 18th--in a plastic bag , completely disassembled , parts and screws everywhere and missing the official Nintendo SD card that was inside it. Not only did they fail to repair the device, they returned it in pieces with no explanation . Despite initial promises in-store and a follow-up phone call assuring us it would be fixed, they gave it back in worse condition than when we dropped it off. My son was in TEARS . You can't get anyone on the phone --you literally have to show up in person just to get a response. We had to show up 3 times. They even promised my son a week ago that it would be reassembled, yet it was handed back to us just ripped apart . I have a computer degree and would never return someone's electronics in this condition. I don't trust the glowing reviews on Google--they probably use a service to bury the negative ones . This place is incompetent and unprofessional , and I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. I've attached images of how it was returned and the credit card charge for honest proof.

They never apologized for his inconvenience, but advised that since he made the maintenance agreement invalid by getting phone fixed by another Vendor there was nothing they could do and they don't do Refunds. When I informed them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the male behind the Counter said, "Just don't come back". They are offering a service that they are not trained to provide.

First time - I noticed a burn in on the screen (sidenote: you get a remanufactured screen not new screen when you replace the LCD... I did not know this). They replaced the LCD screen again. Second time - the glass for the screen was not glued properly and kept coming up. Came back and they fixed it. Third time, screen was coming up again. I returned and they fixed it. Fourth time, screen is unglued AGAIN. Returned and just asked for my money back b/c I was getting frustrated. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty and can keep using that but there is no refund. Great... who is going to continue to come back every other day for 90 days to get their phone fixed? It is okay place to get the screen fixed. I was quoted $50 but the LCD screen had burn marks so I had to replace it for &192. But, if you have a problem with it later on, good luck trying to get it resolved. My complaints fell on deaf ears.
