    Would not wait on customers... carrying boxes to the back was more important. They kept saying they'd be with me but weren't.

He got defensive told me he had a good lawyer and to keep moving. I again expressed my concern for him yelling out to me infront is my family, and his response was many nasty words including "go on with your white b i t c h arse!" I said real classy and I left! Why someone would want to alienate a potential client or people I know and love to not shop this location or company is beyond me! I never said anything to provoke this type of hate or anger and he owes my family an apology for his nasty behavior!

There were only 2 other customers in the store yet I still waited approximately 30 minutes before I received service. Once I finally sat down w an associate and we began getting my account set up I was told the phone I was purchasing was eligible for a trade in discount of $350. I was elated because I did have an older phone not in use I could trade in. I asked if I needed to go and get it and was told not to worry as I had 30 days to bring it in. I come back into the store 48 hours later and am then told, by the same sales associate, that that promo had "expired" and my trade in was worthless. I reminded him he told me I had 30 days to bring the phone in, and that i even offered to go get it that day. He acknowledged that conversation but stated was unable to help me. Naturally I was not happy w this response and asked to escalate. I get home and get a call from the store manager Frankie. Within 2 minutes of our conversation he is cutting me off and very defensive and most importantly offering no solutions. He was extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended up hanging up on me when I asked to escalate. The store manager! Needless to say I will NEVER do business at this store and will be escalating to ATT CORP

The staff is friendly, but they are overworked and overwhelmed.

    i spent almost two hours here with someone who wanted to upgrade their phone. it seemed to be a…read morebusy day. after waiting around 15 mins, someone eventually came over to check us in. she asked why we were there, we said we wanted to upgrade, and she just said "okay" and walked away. after an hour, we were finally greeted by zoey. she was friendly at first, but when we told her we wanted to upgrade the phone, she said we had to download an app and select in-store pickup in order to do the upgrade. we stated multiple times we would rather not download an app, but zoey insisted with zero explanation that we needed to do it via the app. she then left to go help other customers while we're going through a virtual process that, if truly mandatory, we could have been informed about when we checked in so that we could have used some of the time spent waiting to get the process started. we had to chase zoey down to ask her questions about the app process, which was giving us weird information, and when we asked her about the $35 "upgrade fee" that, according to the app, included free shipping, a SIM card, and personalized set-up assistance, she immediately got rude and defensive and told us that what we were reading was wrong and it was just for the upgrade. i understand if it's a frequent point of contention, but it was the first time we specifically had mentioned it, and some actual explanation would have gone a long way. eventually, we left with a new phone... that we would have to transfer and set up on our own. luckily we consider ourselves fairly tech-savvy, as we are both working in IT, but i literally cannot imagine my parents (for example) going through the process we did today. we did speak with the manager, dulce, about our experience. she was apologetic, but ultimately nothing was done and we were just told that she agreed we didn't have a good experience. we won't be back here and you should definitely try other locations before stepping foot in here.
