When he left, we tried the TV and it did the same exact thing before he got there! Call DIRECTV back so they could send somebody to fix the TV. The only day they had available was today.(Friday. 5-22-26) we had to cancel a doctors appointment on that day because obviously they were scheduling at their convenience and not the customers and we didn't wanna go the entire weekend without the TV. They were expected between 12-4. We get an email stating they were coming early around 10:15. It is now 1235 and no tech has shown up! There's many other problems with them as well as changing your bill charging you for something you didn't order, etc.. since they were bought out by another company it's been terrible! We are changing service and canceling DIRECTV after so many years. Don't let them scam you into getting their service. It's horrible.

I have so many other options, I am quite sure they need me more than I need them! Please, please please, take my advice and DO NOT ENGAGE WITH DirectTV!!! Learn from my experience and look elsewhere! You have so many other options, go the other routes. I am not some quack, I have enjoyed my time with DirectTV for over 20 years, but loyalty not reciprocated is insanity!!! There is simply no other company you can get cable/internet from, at least not in the area we live in :/ I was warned there's no AT&T, no Time-Warner Cable, no Google, nothing but Brighthouse at our new digs. But I never knew this company would be such a hassle to deal with. Sales people are fake a f and annoying to boot. They are true salesmen of the worst kind. Very nice to your face, but slowly turning the knife in your back all the while they're selling their services. They're not cheap, either. We've had them out twice so far and the techs are simply put -inept because they CAN be. If you ask them any questions, they won't answer you...at all. They'll pretend they didn't hear you. Then they'll bring along someone they're training and show them where the box is located (basically), and nothing else. Then the tech will TRY to get your cable up and running but they won't understand why it won't get up and running! Lol! It's kind of comical really to watch a couple of back woods boys attempt to do their job, fail, and leave you to figure it out for yourself. Only you can't figure it out yourself because they didn't hook it up right. *sigh I never thought anyone could provide such poor service, but they do. The real problem is that they have a monopoly on this area, they know it, they know you don't have a choice, and they simply don't care. No contract with Brighthouse means I can cancel anytime. You can bet your booty I'm going to be looking into other options.

Apparently a verbal contract isn't honored by Brighthouse. When I called them back they assured they would be over ASAP but what they did was scheduled me until 6pm. I waited until 5pm and canceled out, I had other commitments. Tomorrow is Monday and I will find another cable provider. If youl like being lied to Brighthouse is for you

We were placed with Karen Hernandez and what a incredibly nice, patient, knowledgeable, young lady. Two hours was needed to put the whole thing together. I think Verizon is lucky to have her. My mom was so happy with the service she gave us and helping a 87year old woman into the modern times. Thank you Karen Hernandez!!

So apparently just because that guy has a business account that pushes him above me even though I was waiting before the guy and also I'm in there for the same service of paying a bill I find that very unprofessional and I would not me personally I'm not going to come back here to do business with them. I'll go to a different location if I want to pay my bill in store, but I will not be returning to this location very unprofessional.
