I went to Computer Xpress to fix my Toshiba Laptop. I had loaded windows 10 on my then windows 8 software and my laptop froze then I got this blue color screen with abunch of words that made no sense. Anyway, I took it to them and I spoke to this guy Steve who educated me on why it happened and told me about their prices. They were very reasonable and Steve is a cool guy. Good customer service. In less than a day he called me and told me he fixed my computer and I went and picked it up and he showed me what was wrong with it. The only computer place I'll ever go to!! My Sony VAIO stopped turning on suddenly on a Sunday morning! I went in first thing Monday and found out my motherboard was dead within hours of dropping it off! The first machine ended up having a motherboard problem out of the box, which required replacement by the new machine. You guys worked dilagently to find out what was wrong with my laptop. Then gave me credit towards new laptop for services rendered, as it was more cost effective to upgrade since this one was so old and the hardware was much more that what the thing was worth and I new that. They moved all my stuff to the new laptop as well. So much happier that I came here rather that the other big place that I will not mention. Had old computer and having difficulty finding printer to work with it. Went to ComputerXpress. I could not believe it but they happen to have an older HP LaserJet computer that had been left there. Steve said he would give it to me but would have to charge me to connect it with my computer. I was more than happy to pay for that. Best service on our computers EVER!!!! I needed a repair on my wife's laptop from a Windows 10 update. I called on Saturday around noon, Steve said he could look at it that day ( he even gave me some things to try over the phone to fix). I dropped it off and came back an hour later and they were just finishing it up. Total bill was lower than what he quoted me. Steve even told me if anything happened in 30 days to bring it back in. I purchased a gaming system for my son. The system had a screen issue and I brought the large expensive screen and entire system to computer Xpress in Lakeland. The system worked for about a week and is now doing the same thing. I called Computer Xpress and the only remedy for this issue was to bring the large expensive screen and the entire system back down to there store. No one offered any viable solution. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in an older computer that was working ok but died after I installed additional memory. Steve quickly diagnosed a mother board problem. He told me that with the age of my machine it would be cheaper to purchase a new computer which would have more capability.
