Inter net sucks and much slow then spectrum. Through chat [which is the only option] they said to add a 2nd router(eero) for 10$. That did nothing and constantly goes off line. Frontier you have no customer service to help. I am adding add ons to get the channels I want (which the guy that sold it said I would have. NOT. Streaming channels I've added stop every 30 seconds and the Eero you told me to buy did not help(money grab?). I'm about ready to go back to spectrum it may cost a slight bit more but it worked and you can talk to a real person with an issue. I've had more issues since I switched 2 months ago the I ever had with them. Customer retention if you have one better call me.​​

She was gonna give me a special offer and give me a $30 discount for the next year, but I would get unlimited data if I enrolled in Autopay. The Next month I was charged twice $85 AND $55. The current month i've been charged $155. Yesterday they bounced me around between 6 different agents. Three of them I could not understand because their accent was so thick. The last rep kept telling me they're very best. They could offer is $85/month. Liers and thieves. I can't change companies quick enough. Don't like Frontier, but even they aren't this dirty.
