Stay clear from this store. I've had issues since Oct/Nov 2023 when I added 2 lines for my husband…read more& child. Unfortunately I didn't realize right away but the store committed fraud & added all kinds of things to my account. I had double lines added with added features I never asked fir including a watch I never received. I was told by several employees & current manager that they fired everyone from that store on Nov. 2023 including manager regarding fraud. So I thought great they know I'm telling the truth & shld be able to get everything corrected & credit/refund to ny acct. It is Aug 2024 & my phone is still disconnected due to non-payment even though I have given tmobil $1294 this year with the last payment was end of March. I stopped paying once I made complaint & as of today it has not been resolved. It took me 6 weeks to talk to manager of store. He was never there & only returned 1 phone call from the dozen of times calling store, going to store & leaving a message w every employee in store including asst manager. I was told only manager can do refund/credits. I also wA told I have to call customer service as far as removing everything & connecting phone. I spoke to several managers in customer service & yet still I sit w no phones on for the whole family. My son just started his senior year at bloomingdale high-school & we have no way to contact each other & he also has no way to contact his teacher's etc.. This is unacceptable & I'm taking this complaint to the top. BBB, FTC, Corporate & lastly lawsuit if I can't get resolved. I have notes on every person I have spoke too including dates & times. I have receipts & screenshot on everything I have tried to do to correct the issue. This is UNACCEPTABLE for anyone!

Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT VISIT THIS…read moreLOCATION I visited the store to add a line and purchase a phone. There were only 2 other customers in the store yet I still waited approximately 30 minutes before I received service. Once I finally sat down w an associate and we began getting my account set up I was told the phone I was purchasing was eligible for a trade in discount of $350. I was elated because I did have an older phone not in use I could trade in. I asked if I needed to go and get it and was told not to worry as I had 30 days to bring it in. I come back into the store 48 hours later and am then told, by the same sales associate, that that promo had "expired" and my trade in was worthless. I reminded him he told me I had 30 days to bring the phone in, and that i even offered to go get it that day. He acknowledged that conversation but stated was unable to help me. Naturally I was not happy w this response and asked to escalate. I get home and get a call from the store manager Frankie. Within 2 minutes of our conversation he is cutting me off and very defensive and most importantly offering no solutions. He was extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended up hanging up on me when I asked to escalate. The store manager! Needless to say I will NEVER do business at this store and will be escalating to ATT CORP
