This is a franchised wireless retailer for Verizon Wireless they offer many options for cell phones such as iPhones, Andriod phones and other phones such as flip phones. They can do Bill Payments & Prepay Replenishment, Contact List Transfers, Equipment Software Update, Certified to offer Small Business Discounts and etc. The customer service is really nice here I only been to this location a few times since they are close to where I live and very convenient location on the far side of the shopping plaza. I was charged for a protection plan I specifically declined, other charges I had never heard of and never agreed to. Corrected it directly with Verizon. Terrible customer service. Inattentive, interested in themselves only, uses slang derogatory remarks regarding customers. Go to an actual company owned store and not a n authorized retailer. I've been to plenty of verizon stores in my d's at and every verizon I've dealt with in my day have been like shady car sellsman these ladies were perfect in every way shape and form. We went to upgrade our phones on 9/15/19 and today is 9/23/19 and still no phones. We went to another reseller and they stated that the order was not even sent. I called - the agents gave me the run around and asked me to call a Mr. Johnson at another location. When I did he wasn't there, then I called again and only got music. I also upset, since they sold us an older phone that is more expensive and did tell us we can get it for $100 less online. The reseller is called the Verizon Authorized retailer - GoWireless at the Valrico Commons at 1985 FL-60-, Valrico, Fl 33594. I went in to get a second line on my verizon 700 plan. I checked verizon web beforehand. The price of the non smart phone REVER was $49.00. I have one line and my cost is around $40.87 per month. I fully believed that this was a Verizon store as oppose to a Verizon dealer. I saw VERIZON on the sides of the building and when you walk in. The words go wireless where not large, bold etc. I thought it was a slogan. I believe the sales person Stephanie knew this and did not correct me. I have been to hell and back trying to get a FULL refund. At this time I am still waiting for my GENUINE VERIZON account to be refunded $100.00 My bill is due tomorrow. There was a refund promised of $103.00 The district manager Richard credit me $3.00 and left out the $100.00. I told Stephanie who is the asdistant manager that I want the $49.99 she said okay and got me the rever phone. By the way the screen on this phone is 2×2 1/2. It is a simple phone. She told me that this purchase comes with a free item. Either the ? or a screen saver. I opt for the screen saver. During the entire time Stephanie and i were at the register. Amanda came up to the counter and started to talk VERY LOUD. I told Stephanie I was having a hard time hearing her. Yet make no mistake, she said FREE screen saver. A guy can me that seem to be a customer and a friend to Amanda. He was about two feet from me, she was three. LOUD, LOUD, LOUD! I told Stephanie i cannot hear her and im having difficulty concentrating. In the store was myself, Stephanie, Amanda, this guy and some man working on a display. In walks a woman, out walks the guy. Amanda now talking to the woman the same pitch. IT DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE I KNOW I NEVER AGREED TO PAY $51.00 for a screen saver on a 2x2 phone screen!. I never agreed to finance $79.99 for a phone with retail price of $49.99 Stephanie took the charge for the screen saver and the taxes of $5.08 for the phone and spoke of my then right there buying my phone at the register. When i received my bill of $143.37 !!! I brought phone into store. The store manager refused to undo all i was pulled into without my knowledge. He also insulted me too many times. So many lies! I left phone on the counter. There is a trust that comes with being a VERIZON CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS, back when they were ALTELL. I signed what i was told i was signing and it was on a small tablet. Sales person was lying. Receipts were to go to my email. I believed her after all going green is the new thing. But more lies. I was to receive printed receipts to my email. GOING GREEN THING. according to the district manager, the store manager Jason said he gave me receipts. Stephanie said she showed them to me and gave to me also. When i told the district manager who spent too much time trying to intimidate me, that these two are lying. He says he will look at the film! I told him to look at the film NOW. GoWireless in my personal exsperience is about RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. Maybe not you or everyone but there are a lot of us being scammed by a seemingly upstanding company who wants you to believe they ARE VERIZON. WHY? Because it brings an element of predige, trust, long standing ethics. That have NOTHING to do with this franchise of a Verizon products dealer named go wireless. Its all by design. Some words of warning to potential customers: Understand this is not a Verizon store. This is a GoWireless store. Yes, they'll "help" you with buying a phone, but they'll do so while trying to upsell the heck out of everything they possibly can. They have Goadvantage, Goguard, and seemingly endless other "services" that they will try to MAKE sound like a great deal...it is NOT a great deal. My mother left the store having paid $70.00 for a car charger. WHAT?! The phone case (NOT an expensive Otterbox), was $50.00, and the tempered glass screen protector was $40. That's $160.00 in accessories that you can find online for $40 total EASILY. Buying ANY accessories (chargers, cases, etc.) in a phone store is like buying candy at a movie theater. You can if you want...just expect to pay up to a %700 markup. The worst part (and really the reason for the 1 star), is that they told my mother that she shouldn't use her phone as a wifi hotspot because it can cause the screen to burn-in in the hopes of convincing her to BUY a portable hotspot (for $500 over 2 years). This is factually false. Using your phone as a wifi hotspot poses ZERO increased risk for screen burn-in. You can turn your screen off and your phone will still function as a wifi hotspot (check at the end of the review for more on the legality of using your phone as a wifi hotspot). So either the saleswoman lied to my mom or she just didn't understand how phones/hot-spots work. I HOPE it's the latter. Either way...be VERY wary about going to this store. I've had much better success at the Verizon store @ 3330 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico, FL 33596 (which is also a 3rd party retailer so be careful there too!). About using your phone as a wifi-hotspot: Verizon is NOT ALLOWED to tell you what you do with your data, what sites to browse, how or when to use it (including enabling your phone as a wifi-hotspot). This was a battle Verizon lost back in 2012 (see: https://www.cnet.com/news/what-verizons-fcc-tethering-settlement-means-to-you-faq/). Check your plan for details! Verizon still reserves the right on most plans to revoke usage under certain conditions. For example, some people who were on unlimited data plans and used a MASSIVE amount of data, found themselves being taken out of their unlimited plan. In general, the amount of data used matters more than how you use it. So if you're on a week long trip and want to enable your phone as a wifi hotspot, you should really be fine in doing so. The BEST way to be sure, is to call or chat with Verizon DIRECTLY and ask them what the limitations are in using your phone as a hotspot according to your individual plan. Do NOT go to a store and ask...they will just try to sell you something you most likely don't need. read more

This store SCAMS you!!! Two days ago I bought two IPhone premium glass covers and didn't end up needing one. Upon trying to return an unopened unused glass cover with my receipt today I was told blankly that it was a non refundable item (this was not told to me upon purchase). I then asked for a store credit and that was even tossed aside by the stores assistant manager! I personally own my own company and will advise all of my employees to avoid this location and the potential purchase of this particular glass cover. That was a $80 dollar lesson. My husband and I go to this store when we have any iPhone issues at all because it is close to where we live and not overly crowded. We bought 2 iPhones today and Jason could not have been more helpful. He went beyond what we expected and we were very pleased with our experience there. I highly recommend it. Amanda assisted me today at my local Verizon store off of State Road 60 and North Valrico Rd she helped an old lady with memory problems learn how to use her phone. Amanda was friendly and provided great Customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. If you go into GoWireless ask for Amanda she won't let you down. read more

Do not buy anything from this particular store that you might want to return. They either 1, will not take it back because it has been opened, or 2 they will charge you a 25% restocking fee, or 3 both one and two. You're better off purchasing elsewhere.
