Everyone, especially elderly folks, BEWARE! The manager, K gained my trust only to rip me off…read more Over a couple of days, I had worked with K to decide on a new phone to replace my 2015 model; during which time, he had gained my trust with his kindness. The day I went to purchase a phone, I was very patient while he helped the other clerk with customers several times; I was there for over an hr. For the phone I was purchasing he said he didn't make anything on the phone, so I felt for all of his help I would purchase the accessories because he said that's all he made a commission on. While K picked out the screen protector and was putting it on the phone, I picked out a case. There were no display prices or on the accessories. Twice I asked him how much for just the case, both times he said he didn't know because it was bundled, but stated he gave me a discount. I was not able to see the receipt until I paid. I wasn't even able to use the credit card machine myself; and, he had me sign upside down! When I saw I was charged $26.75 for the case and $26.75 for the screen protector, I tried to return them, but was told I could not; even though the receipt states I could within 14 days. He also kept all pkging. When I asked, he refused to call Metro CS, but called the cops on me. I have spoken to CS, which agrees I had been taken advantage of and those were unreasonable prices, Metro is investigating the price gouging. Go to Google Review to see receipt.

My phone was jumping all over the place. It was opening tabs, scrolling, and typing in random letters trying to unlock my phone. I literally had to fight to power down my phone before it erased my phone. Did I mention my phone's battery would drain faster than The Flash running down the street? I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. He fixed it super quickly. I want to say it was fixed within an hour or two. Thank you Carl. You are the absolutely best! My phone is perfect!
