We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead. If you need a repair or are thinking about a new phone, start here first. Great prices, fast service, and amazing people. Support small businesses, you won't regret it!

Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. I'm not worried about the battery, just want a refund. Ask for the funds to be refunded to my card. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere

Tile floor vs. iPhone. My iPhone lost. I've never shattered a phone screen before (intentionally)…read more I hate buying new phones so I scoured the Google to find out what would be involved with a repair. I compared three different local companies. This was the only place that would replace the screen with actual iPhone glass, rather than an off brand, which I've heard can cause some issues down the road. They also gave me the lowest quote. Bonus! I was able to chat with them via FB messenger, which was super helpful. They told me it would be $60 plus tax, no appointment necessary and that it would take about an hour. Today, I walked in and was greeted right away, showed them my phone, they gave me the same quote, took my info and my phone. The shop is located in a strip mall, which worked out well for killing the time. There's a pizza place, Cuban deli, doughnut shop, even dog grooming (if you're multitasking), and right down the road is Breuster's, if you want an ice cream treat while you wait. We went next door for some pizza for lunch and were ready to pick up my phone. My phone was ready and all pretty and shiny and new! It's amazing the difference when you get used to shards of glass sticking out everywhere. They charged what they said they would, they were both so nice and friendly, and they did an awesome job! I hope I never demolish my phone again, but if I do, I know exactly where to take it!!

I wanted to try this out because I shattered the screen on my IPhone 6S and didn't want to travel all the way to Brandon or Tampa for the Apple Store. I immediately called Apple to schedule an appointment after I found out how much the repair was going to cost. The repair was going to be $265 just to fix the screen and would take a few days to order the part and required a deposit. I went online and researched Apple and saw I could get the same repair for $129. I scheduled an appointment with Apple the next day and it was fixed in 1 hour. Beware of the costs from this store and stick to Apple.
