    Spectrum is the WORST provider, period. Every single week we have outages. It's constant. They still want $75 a month though.

He wouldn't have wondered off since he's blind, sweet natured, lovable not like most Chihuahua's. Upon calling the company very insensitive. There should be records to tell me what contractor was in my yard. Having a fur baby for 13 yrs they are family.. not just a dog.. UPDATE: it's been 5 days this company finally got back to me with a forward pic stating the contractor took a pic of deceased animal saying that's the way they found him.. How Cold!! But there isn't any remains.. what happened to them.. (5) days later the field operator forwards this pic #2 how cold & where if the remains?? What did Spectrum do with my precious Elvis remains..

As credit cards take percentages of the bill for themselves; this company is not run with any financial knowledge. I have had a overpayment balance for years but now they say, they did not get the money, automatically sent by my bank. The bank proves they sent it but obviously, someone that is suppose to work in collections had misplaced the check. Terrible. I will be changing carriers. Too much money on advertising and not enough on keeping customers.

As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

After…read more2 weeks of awful service and horrific customer service i called to cancel...I called about 5 times and they just wouldn't cancel it out. On Jan 26th I took my equipment back to UPS(who told me to hold the paperwork for a year since they are notorious for charging people hundreds of dollars claiming they never received the equipment back). I then continue calling to close my account and they said it was done and it never was. I got a bill in March thinking my account has been closed. I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. This is hilarious that Mary responded with same message she uses for everyone.. do you see you reviews? after dealing with Frontier for a month I can see your as ignorant as the people in customer service and it's also hilarious that you think i would ever try to call there again to try to fix anything! good riddance and you won't see a cent from me, don't give a rats ass about your debt collection!!!
