They are in texas and are actually pretty nice and forth coming with information. They were nice enough to reduce my bill to $49.99 for a year. JRB are sales scammers. Watch out! Also. By the time they add taxes router rental and equipment insurance it is almost as much as cable or FIOS. Check their BBS reviews and complaint for more information. Also, speed is metered and is downgraded when I reach a certain amount. This was never mentioned.

I've been with metro for about 20 years! I needed a new phone so naturally I go to store purchase…read moremy phone to only get screwed. Upgrade was available with purchase of new phone. Bought $900 phone, they cancelled my original account and changed my email address to a bogus one and did not get my permission to. Told me to return before bill due to fix amount of $30 increase. I didn't realize of account issues until after I got home. I couldn't add my email because it was existing to another account. So I go to organize store to correct bill and they can't do it, I call metro call center and they found my cancelled account, can not give me my grandfather's plan and price I was originally paying for and basically said sorry. How hard is it to add a phone in an existing account and honor being a grandfathered account. Same PR girl that caused me issues before but Daniel wasn't there to fix her mess or at least hold her responsible. Complaint processed to metro, so tired of the bs! Yall should have a better rep by now, we are in 2026! COME ON!!! GET RID OF THE TRASH.
