When Sprint was merging with T-Mobile I got nervous! I was happy with Spring and didn't want anything to change. Well, nothing changed! I was able to keep my free Hulu account and my bill was almost the same, only better because with sprint it would go up by some change almost every month but with T-Mobile it stayed consistent. Then, I merged lines with somebody else who also had T-Mobile and now we are both saving money by splitting the bill. Woohoo! I lost my free Hulu by doing this, but I gained free Netflix! So it all worked out. I also love T-Mobile Tuesdays, in which every Tuesday we get some sort of freebies and other discounts for random companies. All of the employees are very helpful and courteous. I was mislead my one employee about something. I doubt it was on purpose. I had an offer for 50% off the current iPhone, but the new model was coming out in 4 months and she told me they'd offer the same deal or better so I should just hold off. However, the new phone came out and I was not eligible for any discount aside from a cheap trade-in offer for my old phone. So although I was mislead, I would have made the same purchase anyway so I'm not mad about it. Just wish it were true. I never any issues with service or my bill. I'm not complaining about T-Mobile wireless service. This store in particular is the issue. I had an issue with my phone. It is broken. Whether or not it was covered by the warranty was the issue. The rep gave me some bad news said my phone was unsalvageable and the warranty was void. When I asked for assistance with options and had questions. The rep was very reluctant to answer my questions. I asked for the manager. He came out, said he was only out to verify what his rep said, which was very little, then refused to provide any options or even an empathetic attitude. He came off as rude, and uncaring.Empathy, and at least the perception of empathy is Customer Service 101. Even if I have to get a new phone, it wouldn't be through that store. read more

I had several issues with my brand new phone. I went back to the store 4 times in 8 days. They would not give me a new phone. All they wanted to do was factory reset. I called the customer service line and was told they should just give me a new phone no questions. The store refused. This store has lost my support. read more

Not happy with the store, specifically with the manager Jenner. When we added a new line the store added additional features to two of our five lines we did not sign up for. Luckily it was caught on the first bill. Repeated issues with one of the new phones and they won't replace it one week after purchasing it. They don't follow their own policy. T-Mobile in general has HORRIBLE customer service, long wait times, and good luck ever getting a credit for things they have overcharged you for! I was charged for a fourth line (that I never signed up for) for 14 months (to the tune of $220.54), and they offered me (after an hour on the phone) a measly $20. HORRIBLE customer service! I've used T-Mobile for many years and found the connectivity of their network equal to any of the major providers. I used to many years ago have AT&T with unlimited everything for about the same price I'm paying now for a phone and tablet together with T-Mobile. But even more important is the support provided to their product. Connectivity and technology is the core customer support of T-Mobile. I have a tablet that I thought ,it had a bad T-Mobile sim and I had it replaced and still no mobile broadband. Frustrated I went to the Amherst store after an earlier tele call suggested that the evening would be a better time. I went to the store as suggested, with two of the same tablets. Neither were purchased at T-Mobile. The T-Mobile staff listened to my problem, did some rapid trouble shooting and found the problem quickly. I did everything but never expected that the tablet has a bad SIM connector. He was absolutely correct and he solved the problem. T-Mobile is a different kind of technology company. They attract the finest problem solvers of connectivity. I met one last evening at the Amherst office of T-Mobile. We should purchase devices based upon specification, quality, and reliability; but the choice of where to purchase should also depend on the knowledge and skills of the people working there.. read more
