Seems like many of the employees are new, so they need to consult with the managers who have been there a little bit longer occasionally. 3 stars for this large chain. We were so fortunate to have Brook assist us. We both got new phones as ours were both very old and she really helped us find a great deal and saved us money every way possible. Somehow she even managed to get his phone working enough so his information on it could be transferred to the new phone. She made us happy to be loyal AT&T customers!

They were sitting in the back and simply called out, "Hi, how can I help you?" without ever approaching customers. I also noticed similar interactions with other people in the store. The overall atmosphere made it seem like the staff didn't want to be there. This is a customer service job that people apply for, interview for, and ultimately choose to accept. If you don't want to work in customer service, no one is forcing you to stay. I understand every location can have an off day, but the level of customer service at this store was well below expectations. Unfortunately, it was one of the poorest customer service experiences I've had.

Husband and I visited to look at some cable + wifi packages, and Dan did a wonderful job helping us. Dan walked us through some options, broke down the costs, and showed us the details to each option. He also looked into deals and discounts (since we use Verizon for our cellphones too) and found us a sweet deal. Everything was printed out and explained to us clearly, and pretty straightforward. We ended up setting up our wifi + cable the very day! (Thank you, Dan!) The downside of this place is DEFINITELY the location. It's hard to get in to this place unless you're on the store-side of Transit. Other than that, would definitely recommend! :)

Unfortunately, I jumped the gun writing my original review. After writing the review, I had…read moreunexpected problems with the repairs done on my iPad. The first thing that happened is that I noticed that the replacement battery was not charging even though the screen said it was. I brought it back to the shop. They ran a diagnostic and discovered that the new battery they put in was defective. I don't blame them for the part being defective but I do blame them for not running the diagnostics test immediately after installing it and before I picked it up. Sure they replaced the battery again at no charge but they should have cought the issue and simply called me to explain the delay. I would have been understanding and and fine with waiting an extra day. As far as another issue, after picking it up the second time, l brought it home, charged it and the device is working fine with one exception. Apparently, after removing the screen twice to replace the battery, somehow the magnetic on-off switch under the screen got damaged and my magnetic case no longer turns the device on or off when opening and closing the cover. Probably going to have to live with it that way, out of fear that if they remove the screen again, something else might break. I hope this was a fluke and not the norm. I still think people should bring their devices their for evaluation and repair but I would caution them to thoroughly check their device upon pickup.

I called my friend and told her she's getting a new iphone for Christmas! I left with the 2 iPhones. I got my bill ...almost $300!!!! I called and was so mad at why are there 3 different phones and 3 lines!!!! I did not agree to any of that and did not know wtf I signed up for! T-Mobile said the deal was buy 1 get $700 off?!!! And to get that deal, u had to add a line/2lines?!!!!!
