No one answers pharmacy phone, spent over 1 hour on hold trying to get someone. Past visits - drive thru closed due to lack of staff, wait in line at pharmacy for over 1/2 hour. I have health issues and bad enough having to go in and stand in line, but when you need prescription and they don't fill it - that is awful.

The people administering the shots were willing to answer questions and explained any side effects you may feel. I only felt tired near the end of the next day (like 8pm) with both. They asked you to wait at least 10 mins before you left and you could sit or wander around the store. I am very pleased with the service I received. In NF where I live, there are not any CVS stores close to me. I was surprised how high some of the items they sell cost. The only downside I saw, was how you got in and out. It was at a very busy corner and when you left you had to check both ways nonstop as you pull out. I was almost hit as a car came speeding down the side street I was exiting on.

As with all CVS locations, the print quality is questionable but it's very convenient if you need a quick one or two photos. I appreciate that this location often prints much faster than the estimated times online. If you're printing a larger number of photos, CVS photo does often have coupons that make the prints very inexpensive. The staff at this location has always been friendly and I've never had any major issues with the parking lot. Getting in and out is a little tricky because it's on a somewhat difficult intersection, but it's definitely manageable. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a CVS.

Dr. Asifur Rahman was incredible. He helped me after my US vet sent the prescriptions to my home state pharmacy, patiently worked with my vet over the phone, and got my six-month order filled immediately despite juggling other customers. Trinh, the tech, was also great--she shared a story about her dog's illness, and we bonded over that.

But, from a customer's perspective, managing to step away and tend to my order was the employee's job to do between the time that I placed my order and my estimated time of pick up. I found this response to reflect poor time management skills and an issue of understaffing. Conversely, another employee with dark hair asked me if there was anything he could do to help me, actually tending to my order despite the busy state of the store.
