This is the CVS closest to me that I normally order my refills at and this time the experience was not that great after 5 days I decided to call them back to see if my scripts were ready and they were not it took a couple more days and yesterday I decided to go there and pick up the scripts I'll figure after over a week they should be done and when I got there they still did not have all of my medicine ready I am very disappointed in this store right now that I'm seriously thinking about changing my prescriptions to another store and if I could update my rating to a minus one star that's how I would change it after that customer service and what I had to go through I don't feel that this location deserves any stars read more

This CVS is disgusting. It's dirty with garbage everywhere inside and out. It's near impossible to get a prescription refilled. Zero communication. Don't call during the hours of 12-3 because you'll sit on hold for 20 mins just to hear them pick up then hang up, ironically right when they put their message on that they are out to lunch. They don't fill your scripts or hold them for multiple different reasons (which you'll hear 5 different explanations just for one single scenario none of which are accurate). This place is a joke and a circus. A garbage dump of a business. read more

If you're wondering which overpriced lingerie to wear: "Choose Victoria's Secret." I wonder if that's what CVS stands for. This is a bizarre intersection. It has 2 European roundabouts (traffic circles) which I absolutely love, and 3 (I think) or 4 (possibly) chain pharmacies! There's definitely a Rite Aid and a Walgreens to go with this overpriced CVS which would not sell me the over-the-counter (supposedly) acid reflux medication that I had been entrusted to pick up, without a prescription. Even if that hadn't happened, I think the prices are shockingly high and I'd be more likely to buy toiletries from a Dollar Store, a Walmart, or a Grocery Store. And be careful pulling out. So to speak. I've had my "Car Violently Stall" in this parking lot once or twice. read more

Pharmacy doesn't ever answer their phone, when I went in store to schedule a tdap vaccine they said they were short staffed and gave me a wrong number. There were 5 people working and never answered the phone once while I was in store. I'll gladly go somewhere else. read more

WOW .... When this CVS says EXTRA CARE they mean their employees have been trained to care!! The gentleman near the vitamins was there with a smile and Kevin at the register was a true professional!! The CVS customer coupons were a great value and saved BIG BUCKS (I so love saving money!)!! This store is set up in an easy to find items manner! It is bright and clean!! read more

Terrible...I have COPD and asthma. I have now been without my emergency inhaler for 4 days. They do not have inhaler in stock - same problem last month. I called it in on Sunday, recording said it would be ready at 5pm, then I get a text saying out of stock. Next day I call to check status, again get recording it will be ready at 5. When I didn't receive text that it was ready, I called and was told they still didn't get it in. I called again Tuesday - same thing and was told they would submit a request so they would have it today. Guess what???? They don't have it still. If I end up in emergency care, I am sending them the bill. This is ridiculous. I have been on same prescription for years and years and they have always had it in stock. Don't care about their customers health apparently. read more

I'm fed up with the staff here at CVS Pharmacy. Since I was prescribed a certain medication, it's been 4 months now and every time I went up to pick up my refill - there's always got to be something that I find myself having to make another trip back to get it and not getting it the first time around. Screw this place. After this refill tonight, I'm switching pharmacies. There are probably druggies running the place. Do NOT EVER go to this place for your RX. Standalone CVS on the Harlem / Kensington circle. Easy parking. I'm not sure how new this CVS is but it feels very new, fresh and clean. Not as busy as the Walgreens across the circle. 3 stars - it's A-OK and a chain. read more

In this neighborhood, there are literally 3 pharmacies around the traffic circle - CVS, RiteAID and Walgreen's. You would think with this level of competition, the service at any of these stores would be exemplary - and you would be wrong. Suffering from a bad cold, I looked up CVS' web site to find cold medicine on sale - buy 1, get 1 50% off **at store location only.** So i skipped the other 2 pharmacies just to go to this CVS. None of the cold medicine was marked on sale. I asked a sales person who told me, "The prices on the web site are different from the store." That's it. No more explanation as to why the web site would make a point of saying the store price was the sale price. Nevertheless, I needed the medicine, so I went to the check out area where none of the registers were open. The store was empty, and it looked like the staff where yakking away at the back by the Pharmacy. I waved at one person who shook her head. I waved at another person, who gave me the "talk to the hand" international symbol of insolence. I waited for another 5 minutes and was ready to leave, when this lady, Katrina, trots over and points to a register. No apology. No, "sorry for keeping you waiting." Nope, thanks a lot, Katrina. And that's actually what I said to her as I left, "Thank you, Katrina!" Because I wanted to let her know passive-aggressively that she had pissed off a customer. read more

Always an issue at the pharmacy, thought I would give it another try after transferring scripts a few years back because of service. and once again another issue, first I was told script wasn't sent, had it resent and told pharmacist that I was using a goodrx coupon and would give him the info from the coupon, was told just bring it in, got there and script wasn't even filled to begin with, then was told coupon wouldn't work that they needed more info. Called goodrx while I was there, which any other pharmacy does if there is a problem, but they didn't so I called goodrx customer service. The person wanted to speak with the pharmacist to see what the problem was that it must be the way they were putting info in as coupon was valid, and pharmacist would not take call, I spent 35 minutes trying to get issue resolved and got nowhere with them, I left store without meds and had script sent elsewhere, used coupon with no issues. Hate this store, horrible customer service and extremely high prices. read more

We've been getting prescriptions filled at this CVS for 9 years, and we couldn't be happier. My wife and I, between the two of us, have A LOT of prescriptions. With CVS' automated phone service, we can refill prescriptions easily, and they even send text reminders to remind us about refills. As far as cleanliness, prices and store, it's a standard CVS. But what really sets it apart is its friendly staff. The front of store staff is always very friendly and helpful, even helping me grab items when I was hobbling around on crutches. Most of the pharmacy staff knows us by name which is a really nice personal touch. If you're in the area and you need a place to get your prescriptions filled, this is the place to go. There's a Walgreens and Rite Aid around the corner from this CVS, but CVS is definitely the best of the three. read more
