T Coffee Lovers is the second store but offers more than the other one on Aborn. They have their own parking lot. This location is very spacious and offer outdoor and indoor dining. Multiple tvs throughout the dining area. Two separate multi-user men and women's restrooms. In addition to similar drinks as the original place, but here they offer a wide variety of Vietnamese appetizers, entrees, pho, banh mi, etc. You will definitely find something to eat if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. The service was friendly and welcoming. Pho Dac Biet Special Combination Pho: steak, well done brisket, tendon, & beef balls (4/5). The portion size was set, a bit small. The soup was rich, flavorful, and sweet with a decent amount of proteins. Served with the usual accompaniment of beansprouts, Thai basil, jalapeño, and lemon wedge. Vietnamese Coffee (4/5) - Smooth, strong, and perfectly sweetened.

Sad! Permanently closed as of 03/31/26. Directed to go to their new location on Aborn Rd. Went for a visit to new location and sadly walked out...no beef pho.

Came here over the weekend. It's easy to spot off the busy street of Tully. There's a small parking lot shared with other businesses. The place itself is spacious with plenty of seating both inside and outside, and they also have a drive-thru. It's an order-first, self-seating setup. I ordered the spring rolls, which were listed at $8.75. But when the cashier rang me up, it showed a spring roll and a croissant. Confused, I asked why a croissant was added when I didn't order one. He told me the actual price was $11.75, and the croissant was just a "placeholder" to make up the difference. I pointed to the menu showing $8.75, and right in front of me, they changed the price on the menu. That felt pretty sketchy. I won't be coming back anytime soon--for overpriced spring rolls and a confusing checkout experience, it's a pass for me.

Just stopped in to get a Vietnamese Coffee. Plenty of parking, fast service and nice staff. Coffee is good and strong. Dining area is large, tv's on, music playing, casual atmosphere.

Counterpart where you can order. I Love the calming fountain.

Place is clean with ample space and lighting. It's strategically located in San Jose close to establishments. Great place to get a quick pick me up for the day and my team to enjoy! They have a wide variety of drinks. Everything we get from this place is really good! Their service is fast and servers are nice. This is why we keep in coming back. I have to try their food one of these days.

The food and drinks are good. However, I don't like the vibe here in case of people profiling me at times (as evidence of looking at me in a very uncomfortable way). Staff are nice in my face but sometimes, I feel some of them are the ones giving me that wierd look. I especially do not appreciate that some of the people from SJPD (not all of them) have that condescending look towards me as well (when they dine there). It's also disgusting how homeless people would swarm around and bother other customers from the window. At least it wasn't as bad as before (not sure what year, probably either before the pandemic of 2020 or slightly after when this restaurant just opened from the pandemic) where a homeless person was inside the restaurant and was yelling while security was dining in not doing anything about it (the waiter just apologized and didn't do anything to call security or police). I let it all pass. Now what got me really upset today is that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom floors were a mess, and the floors at the dining table were a mess UPON MY ARRIVAL. I also stepped something really sticky under my foot. I shouldn't need to ask to have staff clean the tables and under it. It should be cleaned right before anyone can sit on it. Anyhow, I've been going here for years and it wasn't like this. This weirdness started to happen since 2025 in my opinion. I'm surprised they're still open. I hope they do stay open but need to do better otherwise. Bummer I was the one recommending this to family and friends before. Now I don't know anymore...

I ordered the beef pho combination and the broth was incredibly rich and flavorful--so good. The Vietnamese coffee was also excellent. Great service overall, and the girl who assisted us was very kind and had a look like an actress. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

I normally go to the evergreen coffee lovers, but decided to check this one out just because it's open until midnight everyday. My partner and I came on 10pm Monday night and it was surprisingly more busy than we thought it'd be. We got chicken pho ga and Vietnamese iced coffee. The service was quick and smooth and drinks and food are always pretty good. One thing I'd say is that although I love myself some msg. the pho broth was slightly excessive on the msg. I like this location because they have more deals on food like $12.99 com tam right now! They're also open late which is a huge plus. The restaurant itself is clean and a cute vibe for late night food or a coffee and chill date .

I've been coming into T Coffee lovers to study with some friends during the week. It's pretty spacious inside so plenty of tables and booths to sit down and enjoy your food and drinks. So far I've tried the popcorn chicken, Italian French soda (strawberry) and the Fitness fanatic smoothie. So far all the snacks and drinks are pretty good here and have a nice relaxed esthetic inside. Just be mindful of the area, there are some homeless people walking around the area or even coming inside. The staff does a pretty good job of making sure that they escort them out so no one feels unsafe. Aside from that, it's a nice spot to check out.

Whenever I crave popcorn chicken & this shake, this is a MUST go to & try if you've never had it. You will not be disappointed & the best everrr is you can call ahead & place your order, then drive through if your lazy & don't wanna get outta your car WINNER!!! This one offers the popcorn chicken, not the one on silver creek/capitol but, they both have Mocha Bianca & you know it's goody good, cause they don't even ask for your name or #, that's how confident they are, that you Will Be There to pickup your order. I'm pretty sure the other items on the menu is just as good, but, this is my Go To for sure when them cravings kick in.

Is this a kid friendly place?

Sure, it's kid-friendly here. Not one of those grimey cafes. Although lots of smokers in outside patio!

What's in a mocha madness? I used to come here to get a banana mocha shake but I don't see it on the menu anymore. Does anybody know if it still exist or what the name is?

Banana 🍌 mocha shake is called Mocha Madness. It's still on the menu in the Phin Freezer section.

Is there drive thru at the tully location?

    There is!

It was a Wednesday and Devin and I were looking to make it a productive work day. We stopped by later in the afternoon. There is ample seating but most of the booths were occupied when we arrived so we sat at a table. Club music was being played loudly so working here would not be ideal if you have to present in meetings. The tropical paradise fruit tea would've been better with a topping or two, but in an attempt to cut down on calories consumed I've began getting drinks without toppings. Unfortunately fruit tea without toppings is just not the same, but this was totally my choice and on me. The WiFi worked well. There are some outlets under the booths but none at the tables. I've been to other Rose Tea Lounge locations and I'd say that this one is definitely more club-like than others. Not the ideal place to work remotely by any means, but that's not to say that the drinks are bad or ambiance is poor. If you're looking to chat and catch up with friends, this spot would be a good choice.

In this case, one of these spots is Arisan. Since Matcha has exploded in popularity to my annoyance, (I say this because I was into Matcha before it started trending), I had to try. The menu is clearly displayed on the countertop and it's nice to see that you still have an actual person to take your order. No iPad ordering here. Please keep it that way! I also loved the high ceilings and bright light from the floor to ceiling windows in the front. As you look to the right, you can also see all the Arisan branded products including canvas tote bags and loose leaf tea canisters lining the wall shelves. Nice touch. The manager with eyes of confusion is literally facing me but won't acknowledge me as I politely say "just looking for straight matcha and water, you can charge me whatever" the manager who never makes eye contact, ignores me like I'm invisible then tells his worker "oh no we can't do that" ...the polite worker turns back to me like I couldn't hear it and true to form like a Dilbert cartoon, smiles and says "oh I'm sorry we can't do that"... so I just said, okay and walked out... Among the colorful array of food shops, is a bright green shop that is Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu where a silvery machine to the left is seen squeezing out sugarcane juice! I rarely order anything else from here but I would encourage you to explore their menu and come back for more! Nuoc mia ca-rot has a wonderful blend of mild earthiness of the carrot and the grassy undertones of sweetness from the sugarcane. It takes the edge off of what would otherwise be a very sweet drink! I would much prefer nuoc mia over boba milk tea (particularly on hot, summer days!). Sugarcane juice is a bit pricey here, but I chalk it up to this is a specialty shop just for nuoc mia which lends a certain nostalgia for Vietnam.
