I remember when my buddy and I first visited Coffee Lovers. It was dark inside with minimal lights and a couple of risqué arcade games...the atmosphere was weird. Anyways, fast forward a decade or two later, and it's a simple Coffee place with a lot of options for milk tea drinks, coffee drinks, smoothies, che, dessert, and banh mi. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Multiple tvs around the room. Two separate men and women's restrooms. Parking is plentiful in this plaza. The service is friendly and thoughtful. They brought my drink to me while I was waiting. Vietnamese Coffee (comes with condensed milk and choice of hot or cold). The coffee was bold and strong but soothed and sweetened by the condensed milk. It didn't have that aftertaste. My kind of Vietnamese coffee. Support your local business.

Please do better with DOUBLE checking take out orders before you give them to your customers. This happened to many times where you guys forgot something. Nuoc mam is much needed for banh uot. Very disappointed

Drove past here a thousand times and now tried it for the first time. Pretty big standalone building on the corner of Capitol and Aborn. Unique for a coffee shop which you normally find as a unit store in a strip mall. They have a huge menu! More than a coffee shop. Viet sandos, apps, plates... I had the coconut coffee, bbq pork banh mi, egg roll with salad, and an iced coffee. Coffees are pretty strong! So if ya like that then you'll dig it. Egg rolls were really good. Lots of meat. Came out piping hot so I know it's made fresh right then. The banh mi sandwich was good except I don't like mayo and they added some type of mayo on it. If I would've known, I would've asked to keep it off. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Decorated pretty nice for an older place. Outside is under all shade. And they have a couple TVs showing sports. Lots of old timers sitting around with a cup of coffee and chatting. I like the vibe. They also have a drive-through. So it's super convenient all around. Very cool for a coffee, please. You may not find all the fancy coffee drinks at other coffee joints, though. Definitely coming back!

Came here to get some work done and they had plenty of seats. I just got the Vietnamese coffee (4/5) and it's very strong and less on the sweet side like other viet coffees I've had. Even after the ice melted it still tasted very strong!

Viet coffee!! Yum! I don't usually go out for viet coffee but this was definitely something I'm coming back for. There's a drive thru so it's quick and easy! Service was also great. For $6-$7 a cup, I almost got a heart attack sipping to quickly, but it was well worth it. + viet coffee yes - banh mi no

Mm, everything here is bomb! I'm all about that scrambled egg bahn mi! Their drinks are delicious from the coffee ones (recommend the salted cream on top!), to their smoothies. Love the avocado smoothie. Their veggie vermicelli noodle dish isn't bad either! Loaded with veggies and with sriracha, pretty good without feeling too heavy. Great place for food and drinks! I did try their avocado coffee and I was confused. Nothing was avocado about it, not in flavor or color. Did it mean avocado oil maybe? No idea if it wasn't ordered correctly and I got the wrong item but probably won't venture for that again. The drive-through is convenient as heck! The interior is very spacious and clean; plenty of places to sit and also has a cafe vibe too where you can post up with your laptop or book. Everyone is kind and quick to service. Definitely recommend.

I was carpooling with a family member and she was craving something to snack on and drink, so we decided to pull up here through the drive thru. I was not sure what to get, but Vietnamese coffee can never go wrong with me. Vietnamese Coffee: Man this is what I call Vietnamese coffee. It is very strong and packed quite a punch on the first sip. I love the ice variant more than the hot version, and they did a great job in showcasing what this should taste like. However, I will say that if you are not too huge fan of coffee or don't want anything strong, I recommend steering away from this. But if you really want a good, authentic taste, then go for it. Overall, I can see myself coming back here again.

The mam tom had a strong flavor (as expected), but it was balanced well and tasted authentic. We also ordered the cha ca La Vong, which came out sizzling and fragrant with plenty of dill and turmeric flavor. Mixing it with the noodles, herbs, and peanuts made for a great combination of textures and flavors. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busy. It's not always easy to find Vietnamese dishes like these done well in the South Bay, so I was happy to find a spot that delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). It comes out on a sizzling plate so you have to let it cook a bit to render the onions and dill to get that perfect texture. The sauce might be a bit fishy to some, but it's what ties the bite together! It's def an acquired taste, but if you are open to trying new things, please come try this speciality dish. Tip: on Wednesdays, this dish is only $28, whereas the OG price is around $36. The fried rice here was surprisingly super flavorful! You can taste the separate grains (which is when you know the cook on the rice is good) and the salt levels were top tier. I would come back and get this togo if I was too lazy to create my own food with the spring rolls. Overall, you are here for the food, not the service and decor. I would love to try one of the soup dishes as the pictures on the wall made it look so enticing

If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. I wish I had the stomach capacity to try more of their dishes at once, and I 100% recommend that anyone give this place a shot.

Of course, I had to order all the essentials: banh beo, banh nam, banh loc, banh ram it, and cha. I was especially craving Bun Bo Hue, so that was my main dish, while my friend ordered the Mi Quang. The appetizers were all good and definitely satisfied my craving for Hue-style snacks. Unfortunately, the Bun Bo Hue was disappointing. The broth had a strange flavor and was missing the rich, hearty depth that makes Bun Bo Hue so comforting and memorable. I honestly found it surprising that a restaurant specializing in Hue cuisine would miss the mark on one of its most iconic dishes. Another thing I noticed was that the vermicelli noodles were broken into many small pieces, which made me feel like they weren't particularly fresh. It definitely affected the overall eating experience. Before leaving, I also ordered a banh canh to go. That ended up being really good, though I personally wasn't a fan of the fresh-cut noodles. By the time I got home, they had expanded quite a bit in the broth and became softer than I prefer. Overall, I enjoyed everything except the Bun Bo Hue. The appetizers were solid, the banh canh was tasty, and I'd come back for those items. However, the Bun Bo Hue is one dish I probably won't order again.

I noticed cobwebs that appeared to have been hanging in place for a long time, along with dirt and grime collecting in corners throughout the dining room. Even the menus felt sticky, with a visible film of grease and small food particles still clinging to them. The faded print and worn condition made them look as though they hadn't been replaced in years. Those details created an impression of neglect that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. With a thorough deep cleaning and some updated menus, this restaurant could create a much more welcoming dining experience.
