I came here because my favorite spot stopped serving rose milk tea and they had it here. The staff was super nice and quick at getting the order ready. They had seating and food as well that I didn't try but I will definitely be back.

I ended up meeting up with a friend and decided to try the popcorn chicken. While I was hoping for the basil with the Taiwanese concoction with garlic cloves, I loved the addition of the garlic as it is not often added.

Right next to straw hat pizza! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute boba/snack shop[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tight and limited parking Fast and friendly service Loved the Dong Ding Tea from Taiwan :) Customizations for sweetness and ice were plentiful Thank you!

I was looking for a boba place while at SkyZone for an event. Found this hole in the wall and decided to try it because it was close by and because of the reviews. There are small bites as well as larger plates but their drink menu is quite extensive. I ordered a mango tea with extra boba, extra mango and strawberry boba and extra rainbow jelly, each of the extras were $.50 each. I also ordered a mango tea with no extras. Both were ready within 10 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is tiny and located in a large outdoor mall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is plenty of parking but I could find any close to the store, even at 3pm on a Monday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are about 10 small tables inside and no outside seating and it was not very busy when I got there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was one person ahead of me and once I got to the counter they had my drinks all ready. I ordered online and I like the options of how much ice and sugar I wanted in my drink, I chose 30% sugar and 50% ice for both drinks and it was exactly as I like it. The drinks were refreshing and a pretty sight as well. The boba was not too sweet and the fruit jelly was chewy without being tough. The service was prompt, the people behind the counter were friendly. I will be going back!

Tried the popcorn chicken and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size -- way more pieces than I expected. The seasoning had really good flavor and the spices were on point. The only downside was that a lot of the pieces were more crispy coating/skin than actual chicken, so I wish there was a better meat-to-crunch ratio. Overall still tasty and I'd come back to try more items.

I've actually went here twice before writing this review. This store is a perfect late night snack and meal location. The first time I went I got popcorn chicken, which was tasty, but I do wish that the garlic was cut into slices and cooked with the chicken. The second time I went, I got a Tonkatsu Ramen, which came out pretty quickly and was delicious. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is plenty of seating and parking for the store too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Found this hole in the wall next to Walmart grocery store. Went with my aunt and cousin who just moved here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is quiet and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was very polite you can order thru them or the kiosk. We ordered takoyaki, croquette, ramen tonkatsu, unagi donburi and beef and rice bowl and 3 different bobas. The mango sago, hazelnut boba and then regular jasmine milk tea. All the food were delicious and just the right amount for each of us. My boba the mango sago and my cousin's boba were perfect for us. My aunt wanted it to be more sweet so I told her to put extra sweet so it won't taste so much like coffee. All in all great place to eat!

I was captivated by this spot on DoorDash after seeing that it has a variety of food and boba drinks but wasn't sure how good it could be if they have such a wide variety of items on the menu. I ordered the black garlic ramen and the Taiwanese milk tea and both were actually delicious! For the black garlic ramen, even though it was takeout, it tasted pretty fresh and the broth was a highlight. The milk tea also had a good balance between sweetness and the tea flavor. As a lactose intolerant person, I appreciated the option to sub for oat milk, it didn't affect the flavor too much. Not pictured but we also shared a popcorn chicken and it was a huge portion and we all really enjoyed it! I also can't tell if this is affiliated with the iTea chain with locations in Milpitas/Fremont since the logo is different but will definitely keep ordering from here in the future.

The service here has always been amazing - I love their earl grey milk tea and ramen! They have a large selection of both drinks and food. I always get their popcorn chicken as well. Can't wait to come back again to try their other ramen items!

So I came to this location of I-Tea and thought it was related to the other locations. The menu seemed very very identical. I ordered the mango sago and popcorn chicken which is my two favorite items at the other locations. The mango sago tasted exactly like the other locations but the popcorn chicken was totally totally different. It was still good but not mind blowing. I asked the staff if they were related to the other locations and they said no. I'm not sure why this location has the letters "SR" attached to their name. But yeah, I like how they are open late and they offer other food items on the menu as well.

I am surprised by the size of their milk tea! Great price too Taiwanese milk tea

Compared to the non-SR location, I appreciate that here you can adjust sweetness on the mango sago drink.

Oh! I am delightfully full! The rich umami broth really sets this place apart from others. What I…read morereally like about this place is that one may customize the menu depending on dietary concerns (vegan, lactose-free, shellfish allergens etc.), but however one customizes, the quality is fort-rate. Our party consisted of family and friends who had differing dietary concerns, but we were each able to eat delicious ramen without any worries. We started out with some appetizers - the Karaage Chicken and the Umami cucumber. The chicken had a nice crunch, yet the meat was juicy and tender! Nice! I appreciate the matcha salt that came with the chicken, as it added a little extra flavor to the chicken. And the umami cucumbers were joyfully crisp, with a slightly sweet soy sauce base, the sesame seeds and the bonito flakes on top adding to the umami. I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Ramen - something unique, and it is not listed on the colorful poster on the door, nor was it listed on the menu card on the table. It caught my eye, though, when I ordered using the QR code. I felt like this was something on a secret menu or something . . . I was in heaven! The sukiyaki beef was tender and flavorful with that sukiyaki sweetness, and it perfectly balanced the saltiness of the broth. Oh, darn! I forgot to take a photo of the bowl of ramen!! Oops! Well, as I mentioned at the start of this review, I was delightfully full at the end, especially since I just could not leave perfectly delicious broth in the bowl. Good enough to drink as a soup! I must say, however, that when this place first opened, I was not impressed. And when I ate here two years ago, I was equally unimpressed. Today, however, I am blown away! Whatever they changed really is for the better. They have found their footing and Hinodeya Ramen Bar has matured into a wonderful place for ramen.

First time coming here, I love a good ramen…read more Prices are typical for Bay Area ramen shops. A nice selection of different options, though I didn't see anything really exotic like black garlic that you see at speciality ramen places. We ordered the umami Brussel sprouts and shishito peppers as appetizers. I really enjoyed both - they were well flavored and I kept wanting to eat more. Some of the shishitos were a little odd colored though - we wondered what was up with that! They could have been grilled/roasted a little longer in some cases to get that edge-of-burnt touch, but we still very much enjoyed them. As far as the ramen itself, it was fine. As an overall meal, it was pleasing enough. Compared to all the ramen places I've been to, it was mid-tier - not disappointing, but lacked the depth of flavor and umami that makes you want to drink all the broth when you know you definitely shouldn't health-wise. The spiciness was pretty mild, I got the low sodium version, so it wasn't salty. I sampled my daughter's regular sodium (same dish) version, and it may have been a touch saltier, but the lack of flavor depth/layers wasn't just salt thing. It's like the best ramen chefs know how to create an amazing broth to die for, and most places just kind of have a typical flavor that seems to lack the magic of the best broths. So overall, a good experience, but not my go-to ramen place based on my first dining experience here.
