    Popcorn chicken
    Marco V.

Tried the popcorn chicken and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size -- way more pieces than I expected. The seasoning had really good flavor and the spices were on point. The only downside was that a lot of the pieces were more crispy coating/skin than actual chicken, so I wish there was a better meat-to-crunch ratio. Overall still tasty and I'd come back to try more items.

I've actually went here twice before writing this review. This store is a perfect late night snack and meal location. The first time I went I got popcorn chicken, which was tasty, but I do wish that the garlic was cut into slices and cooked with the chicken. The second time I went, I got a Tonkatsu Ramen, which came out pretty quickly and was delicious. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating and parking for the store too!

If you are going to sky zone. I highly recommend you get a drink before. Good variety of options! Very refreshing! And reasonably priced. Great customer service!

Found this hole in the wall next to Walmart grocery store. Went with my aunt and cousin who just moved here. The ambiance is quiet and clean. Staff was very polite you can order thru them or the kiosk. We ordered takoyaki, croquette, ramen tonkatsu, unagi donburi and beef and rice bowl and 3 different bobas. The mango sago, hazelnut boba and then regular jasmine milk tea. All the food were delicious and just the right amount for each of us. My boba the mango sago and my cousin's boba were perfect for us. My aunt wanted it to be more sweet so I told her to put extra sweet so it won't taste so much like coffee. All in all great place to eat!

I was captivated by this spot on DoorDash after seeing that it has a variety of food and boba drinks but wasn't sure how good it could be if they have such a wide variety of items on the menu. I ordered the black garlic ramen and the Taiwanese milk tea and both were actually delicious! For the black garlic ramen, even though it was takeout, it tasted pretty fresh and the broth was a highlight. The milk tea also had a good balance between sweetness and the tea flavor. As a lactose intolerant person, I appreciated the option to sub for oat milk, it didn't affect the flavor too much. Not pictured but we also shared a popcorn chicken and it was a huge portion and we all really enjoyed it! I also can't tell if this is affiliated with the iTea chain with locations in Milpitas/Fremont since the logo is different but will definitely keep ordering from here in the future.

The service here has always been amazing - I love their earl grey milk tea and ramen! They have a large selection of both drinks and food. I always get their popcorn chicken as well. Can't wait to come back again to try their other ramen items!

So I came to this location of I-Tea and thought it was related to the other locations. The menu seemed very very identical. I ordered the mango sago and popcorn chicken which is my two favorite items at the other locations. The mango sago tasted exactly like the other locations but the popcorn chicken was totally totally different. It was still good but not mind blowing. I asked the staff if they were related to the other locations and they said no. I'm not sure why this location has the letters "SR" attached to their name. But yeah, I like how they are open late and they offer other food items on the menu as well.

This place has a lot of variety in their menu. It's a dining area/ milk tea place. I love the whole idea of their variety. Loads of tables and board games, Jenga, connect 4, etc. Items are ramen, popcorn chicken, etc. I go here for their milk tea. Picture of empty matcha red milk tea. There was a promo going on for free toppings.

I am surprised by the size of their milk tea! Great price too Taiwanese milk tea

Flavor is on point with my Taiwanese milk tea the size of the cup is very reasonable for the price. I also ordered the - mini egg rolls so good with the sweet chilli sauce I would surely come back again, and friendly staff! Ambience : very cute interior

Been here twice now and had a pleasant experience each time. Inside the restaurant is clean and they have a cute san jose mural. You can also order at a self service kiosk which is a plus! I tried the mango sago, takoyaki, croquettes, eggrolls, and popcorn chicken. All which were satisfactory, but my favorite snack was the popcorn chicken. It was crispy, seasoned well, and came out hot! Out of everything, I would definitely get that again. I wish the takoyaki was crispier, but the flavors were good. Would definitely come back for the mango sago, popcorn chicken, and to try their ramen!

What started out and mistake turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Was meant to go to a different location of the same franchise, but silly me had Google mapped to this particular i-Tea. Upon entering, my husband thought we were entering a restaurant than a bubble tea place. There is so much space and seating! To my surprise, they offered fried oysters and ramen on their menu. The i-Tea is live closer to doesn't have these items. I will need to come back to try the ramen someday, as I am curious. The staff was friendly and thorough with reviewing our order. I greatly enjoyed my japanese egg tofu and fried oysters. My husband also liked the sesame balls. None of them were over-fried, dry, or hard. Was so hungry, I didn't get pictures.

The Crab Tonkotsu was the first ramen I've had with a soft shell crab. It's reasonably priced especially with the whole soft shell crab. The broth was lighter than other ramens I've had but it was still tasty with full pork flavor. I like the texture of the ramen, not too soft but not too chewy either. The chashu pork was soft. It also had a whole egg in it. The Black Garlic Ramen was also pretty good. It had a toasty garlicky flavor with the hint of bitterness. Full of umami flavor. Not a fan of takoyaki but at least this one was not too fishy. Would pass the calamari, though. The picture had the calamari pieces which did not match what was served that were breaded rings. It had the popcorn chicken seasoning. The Mango Sango was really good and it's a must try.

The whole time, we had to get up multiple times just to get someone's attention. That was ridiculous. I ordered the house ramen. The broth was tasty, but everything else was pretty mediocre and lacked lots of flavor. But overall, the service and food didn't live up to the price. I was actually really disappointed. But my last visit was honestly one of the weirdest restaurant experiences I've had. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen with thick noodles. When the bowl came out, it had the wrong noodles. No big deal -- mistakes happen. I let the server know and she apologized and went back to the kitchen. I happened to be sitting right next to the kitchen so I could hear everything. The server told the cook that I wanted thick noodles instead... which made it sound like I changed my mind. That wasn't what happened at all. The server came back and asked if I wanted the thick noodles on the side or if I wanted them to remake the bowl. I asked if they can remake it. She takes the bowl back, talks to the kitchen, then comes back and politely tells me the kitchen is slammed and they can't remake the ramen, but they can give me the thick noodles on the side. She apologized again. So I asked her, "Wait... so I'm supposed to take the noodles out of my bowl and put the thick noodles in myself?" She says... yeah. LOL. I was genuinely confused. I know the server took the order correctly because she confirmed it when I ordered. The part that threw me off was the kitchen acting like remaking the bowl was some huge request. C'mon... this isn't omakase. It's ramen. If the order is wrong, just remake the bowl. I wasn't trying to cause a scene so they brought my ramen back, we finished dinner, and I left a 5% tip. Been coming here for years but after that interaction with the kitchen... I'm good. Not coming back. That cook was acting goofy.

We were able to park on a side street & walk. Just a couple of blocks. They saw we were on the list & were seated right away. We chose to sit out on the patio. They had fans going, so the temperature was perfect. We were immediately served water in large containers. Helpful so we didn't have to ask for refills. (Our container emptied one time, and without asking, we were immediately brought another one.) You scan a barcode at your table on your phone to get the menu & order. I wasn't so sure about it being I'm technically challenged. Lol We had our 19yr old son with us though, and he loved it. Also helpful if you're going to split the bill. You just use your own phone. They have a big "heat level" chart on the wall that is helpful to see before you order. I got the sweet butter corn ramen & loved it. We all got our ramen within about 10-15min of ordering. Perfect size serving. Best ramen I've ever had! The broth was so flavorful & noodles perfect. I loved the way the egg was done. I got heat level one, which I thought had a nice spice to it. I tried my son's who ordered level 2 & it was a bit too spicy for me. When you order, they give you a bunch of options to check. What type noodles, extra egg, type of meat, add-ons, etc. I removed the bamboo shoots from mine. I would definitely go back & possibly try a different ramen, but knowing me, I'll get the same but probably add mushrooms. Other thing I thought was cute... there was a thin slice of what looked & tasted like imitation crab in the ramen. I had one slice & my son 2. Turns out it's to signify what heat level you got! As we left, I did see a waitress helping a table & showing them how to use their phone & order. So, if that is a concern, you'll get help!
