Just Peachy

Finally made it here. I saw the line wasn't too long for the drive-thru, so I decided to go. I waited about 10 minutes. I got a couple different drinks, a cookie, and pretzel bites. I wanted to try the Parmesan garlic pretzel bites but they gave me the original instead. They were still good! The reviver was really good! I also got a Dirty Doctor with diet Dr. Pepper. Overall everything was fine but the drinks were definitely what I'd go back for.

Tried Swig for the very first time today--I've been wanting to go for ages! I almost bailed because the line was insane--double drive-thru lanes wrapped around the parking lot. The drink delivery system was unique, and while I wanted to order ahead using the app, it wasn't working for some reason. I went with the Mystic Mango since it's one of the lower-sugar options (as a type 1 diabetic, that makes all the difference!). It was tough to find solid nutritional info online, but it seemed to be around 20g of carbs. The drink itself was delicious--the flavors blended perfectly. Once I finally got to order, the service was impressively quick. I'd definitely go back... but only if there's no line in sight!

I have been her a couple times, and when it first opened you would find crazy long lines. If you can go at an off time when it's not so busy from their exciting opening, I think it's worth it! I have tried a couple of their dirty sodas. They options are endless and drinks are very customizable. They have cookies and pretzel bites. They were out of the pretzels when I tried to order before, but I saw they had new cinnamon sugar ones. I was able to order these, and they were delicious! Staff has always been kind at this location.

My niece has been doing amazing in school. And she wanted to get a great new treat. So she decided on swig I love their extensive menu and it has so many different options for soda she ended up going to shark attack and me and my husband got the pineapple passion and the sleigh all day. I love how many options they have for the customization and I liked how friendly and passionate the staff. The drink came out very quickly. I can't wait to get swig on a hot summer day after the pool.

The waits are insane! For not making food I am shocked at the lines moving like molasses! Must be bad management

Yes, these are quite a bit pricer that's for sure. People were buying one of everything in line. I was like wow! Some Items the combinations of flavors didn't appeal to me. I love tiramisu and pecan pie so I got them both. One suggestion I would have is to have utensils and napkins at the table for people to use. The pastries I bought are really temperature sensitive and need to be kept cold. Both had a cream - mousse inside. They wouldn't last long only a day or to the next. I loved the pecan item I ordered. It was great! The tiramisu one I wouldn't order again. The bottom flakey part was so bitter. I love coffee and expresso and tiramisu. But, the whole thing just wasn't what I thought it would taste like. Now I know. :-( Creamy, sweet, smooth, with a kick of coffee all come together to make a great tiramisu. This is what most people love about it. I don't know if they are planning on opening a store or not. The pop ups are doing well it seems. I will try other items whenever I can get to one of the pop ups.

What went from ordering 1 pastry each turned into 8 total.. and we regret nothing. The Tiramisu Danish was exactly as I had hoped for! The bitter taste of espresso paired with the sweet mascarpone cream filling reminded me of the holidays when I would watch my mom make tiramisu for our family. While a lot of people prefer a sweeter espresso, I thought this was perfect and very true to a traditional tiramisu taste The Pear Kouglof reminded me of a fresh yeast donut that's been tossed in sugar This was a very kid-friendly pastry in taste and while I wasn't too blown away by it, it did make me wonder if I would have preferred it with a stronger, more potent, fruit. The Cherry Basque Cheesecake -- this pastry was the house favorite. The texture of this cheesecake was creamy, but somehow still spongey.. cakey, but more like pudding. Mix that with the juiciest sour cherries and the crunch of a biscoff crust.. mind blown was an understatement. We're looking forward to what Beurre Sec has planned for their next pop-up

Had a great time at South Bend Chocolate Company…read more This place is such a fun mix of a café and chocolate shop. Everything feels warm and inviting, and of course the chocolate and desserts are the stars - rich, indulgent, and exactly what you'd hope for. What I really love, though, is the atmosphere. It's the kind of place you can actually hang out in for a while, not just grab something and leave. A really nice touch is that they have board games available, which makes it even more enjoyable if you're there with friends. It adds a relaxed, social vibe that you don't see everywhere. Overall, great treats, great atmosphere, and a place that's easy to spend time in. Would definitely come back.

They've got a ton of stuff from bars, sweets, pastries, and even popcorn. Easy to get distracted. Staff was really nice and helped me find what I was looking for. I ordered the hot chocolate... just one sip and wow, I already knew. This jumped straight to the number one spot for me. Best hot chocolate I've had in the States, no question. The flavor was deep and full. You get those darker, slightly nutty notes right away, then it settles into this smooth, creamy finish that just stays with you. Every sip hits the same, and it just keeps pulling you back in. The whipped cream on top melts right into it and adds a little extra sweetness without taking away from the chocolate. The whole drink felt like an experience. I even asked how they make it and found out they use actual chocolate bars... makes sense. 100% worth it. And definitely be coming back for more.

You could even purchase some of that glimmer to make your life sparkle at home, granted for almost $40. I decided to stop in because I've pretty much tried every coffee shop in Hamilton County, and when I saw you could grab coffee to-go here, I knew I had to check it out since I've never been! I'm SO glad I did because this was easily one of the prettiest coffees I've had in the area, and the vibes were absolutely immaculate. The space was a little cramped, and it was somewhat tricky to tell who was waiting in line for goodies versus coffee, which made it feel a bit overstimulating. But the drink itself was sweet, delicious, and definitely worth the stop! I can't say it would be one of my frequent stops as I waited a decent amount of time for just a coffee, in a cramped area but was cool to see as I can't find myself making a reservation anytime soon after seeing the prices (sheesh to say the least!) It did seem like such a special spot in Carmel, IN, stepping into an entirely different world so I understand the hype, maybe one day I'll try the cake & food.

I came for one free donut... and left with a box full of bad decisions…read more I'm originally from Connecticut and was driving through Indianapolis on my way back to Louisville when someone told me, "Don't leave Indianapolis without stopping at Long's Bakery." Whoever you are... thank you. You changed my life. The sweet woman behind the counter heard where I was from and handed me a complimentary glazed yeast donut. Let me tell you... WHEW! It wasn't even fresh out of the oven, and it still melted in my mouth. Light, soft, perfectly glazed... I knew right then I was in trouble. I ended up buying a box with blueberry cake, applesauce cake, cinnamon sugar, Bavarian cream, glazed yeast, and a few others. Everything was incredibly fresh, and at those prices, I had to double-check the menu because I thought I was reading it wrong! When I got back to my parents' house in Louisville, we warmed a few up for just a few seconds. Game over. They somehow tasted even better. My plan was to take some to church tomorrow to share... but judging by how fast they're disappearing, I may be testifying about them instead. Before I left, the woman smiled and said, "Make sure you come back when you're in town." Oh, I'll be back. I may even create reasons to drive through Indianapolis now. Long's Bakery doesn't need fancy displays or trendy flavors. They simply make outstanding donuts with friendly service and prices that make you wonder if they accidentally forgot inflation. 10/10. Worth every mile of the detour.
