There was no line whatsoever but after placing our order at the drive thru we were asked to pull over as if being at McDonalds on a busy Sunday morning. We've learned that ordering through the app is pointless so thought the drive thru option would be more efficient. Nope. The employee seemed very confused about our order and kept asking us to repeat the order. Once we received it, we discovered it was missing the salad dressing. Had to go back inside to grab it. Staff were very kind and professional. However, I ordered a junior strawberry and banana smoothie with added spinach. I placed the order at 6:49 PM and did not receive it until 7:15 PM. From my car, I watched people come in and out of the store and no one was in the drive-through right before or after me. My smoothie tasted like water, although it was green from the leaf or two of spinach. It had a faint smell of banana, and it had so few speckles of the red strawberry I am certain that only half of a single strawberry was added. The best comparison I can give, is that my smoothie tasted like Hint Water which only has an essence of fruit flavoring. The only reason I didn't turn around and ask for a refund of six dollars is because I probably would've had to wait another 25 minutes. read more

Only a three bc every time I come it takes forever. I was in the drive thru the other day, not one other car in line, and it took 8 minutes before taking my credit card and another 5-10 minutes to get my single order. I went in and yet there was only one customer inside. Super slow. It happens every time I come. So I will have to make less trips here. But the smoothies are great tasting. read more

I really can't understand how this place stays in business. There is always something wrong every time i come here. First few times they were out of peanut butter for like a week. There's grocery stores everywhere, someone go get peanut butter! Just came back today and they couldn't make any smoothies because they were out of ice..... ??? So i ordered a peanut butter banana flatbread sandwich and they said they are also out of bananas. This is crazy! How is a smoothie place out of ice and banana.... Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because when they do have whatever i order it tastes really good. Arrived at the Westfield location just after 11:00 am to an empty store, was somewhat greeted by an employee who was visibly annoyed we were there to get lunch. Has spinach ginger mango pineapple bananas and kale, so you get your greens without the green taste. You can choose adding for addlt cost depending on what you add. They have a good menu with plenty to choose from. We also tried the Thai chkn wrap too which had great flavor. This was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie. The food and drinks taste very fresh. I had a Sunrise Sunset smoothie and it had a very natural taste with less sugar (I would say very opposite of Smoothie King). I also had the Chipotle Chicken wrap and that was good too! I got a wrap and it was ok. Nothing special for the price. The smoothie I got was tasty but not well blended so chucks of ice made it hard to drink. I chalk that up to the blenders though, I don't think it was the servers fault. Service was, honestly, terrible. I used to work in food service and can be very forgiving. When there is no one in a restaurant and you're sitting in the back talking for 15 minutes while a customer is upfront to pick up their food....that's a problem. I could clearly see and hear them talking. I waited about 5 minutes before waving my arm and trying to get someone's attention and nothing. I went to the pick up area, sanitized my hands, grabbed my food (already paid for), and walked out. Pretty sure food service regulations prohibit customers from doing this kind of thing but I had to get back to work and wasn't waiting 30 minutes for them to notice I was there... less than impressed for the price and service experience.
