Swig is one of the better places to get a local Utah culinary classic, the "dirty" soda. They're fast, cheap and have awesome cookies. The location for this one is much better than most of the others because your car isn't parked into the street to get a soda. If I'm in the area, I will stop by and that's just dangerous. read more

I went here out of curiosity - surely there isn't a place that just sells soda and cookies? Well, there is. They sell sugared-up soda and crappy (seriously awful and overly sweet!) cookies in a run-down interior - isn't this place brand new? Why does this exist? If you're going to sell just soda and cookies, at least do a good job at those things. Offer some high-quality Italian soda type drinks (Salt Lake Roasting Company does this great!), and do better than some flat, ice-cold cookies with about 3x too much sugar in them. Look to bakeries like Parson's, Cutlers, or Ruby Snap for a lesson in good cookies. read more

Horrible. I got the Mango Tropic and it was disgusting and I'm pretty sure the fruit in it was bad, really bad, spoiled. To early to say, and I did only take a couple sips, but I won't be surprised if I get sick. Yes, that bad. I took two sips, had my wife confirm, and we threw it away. My son got a Lime Ricky, it tasted like Sprite, with extra sugar. He threw it out as well. My wife ordered the Thai Coconut Bubble Tea, hers was okay. Almost every time we come here our order gets messed up. We often order fruit waters and add passion fruit pearls, but they are almost always missing something, whether it be flavor or the passion fruit pearls themselves. It's a little upsetting to get home (20 minutes away) to to realize your order was messed up. We never seem to have this problem at fizz or twisted sugar. read more

Love this place. Located in a convenient shopping location. There was a line for the drive thru but it went quickly. I've had the Missionary drink which is Sprite + coconut cream + tigers blood and I've had he Bloody Wild which is Mnt. Dew + strawberry purée +mango purée. Both are so delicious I crave them for days after I drink them. I think they have a fun concept with decent prices and I wish they had one in Salt Lake! read more

Swig is great. It's hard to resist the temptation to get your favorite soda mixtures. My favorite to date has to be the Wild, which is odd seeing that I don't normally drink Mountain Dew very often. But Mountain dew mixed with Mango puree is a wonderful combination. My other favorite is the Raspberry Dream which is Dr. Pepper, coconut cream and raspberry flavoring. It is simply delicious. Swig also has a huge variety of other drinks and also some delicious sugar cookies. Their drive through is usually fairly quick and the staff is generally happy. read more

I feel as though once you tried a dirty soda establishment you tried them all. The drive thru moved quickly. I noticed for the sign they offered cherry apple green. When I asked for it I was told it didn't exist. I now looked at the 2nd menu board located next to the window whee you pay. It was there too! When I pointed this out I was told it still doesn't exist but the could add cherry and green apple to my coke. My wife enjoyed the sugar cookie. The cashier was outgoing. read more

Swig- what is going on? Things used to be great, but lately so much. Lots of mistakes on the drinks, and long long waits - I'm going to chalk that up to new employees, end of the school year and beginning of summer. What I'm really disappointed in is your lack of customer service. I've been told on the past couple Wednesdays - during happy that I only get the special price if I ask... I've also been told they only check your phone number and give you a credit towards frequent purchasing if the customer asks, and I have been told can't offer to let you use the credit you built up - you have to keep track of it and ask. If my return business doesn't matter to you - I'm certainly happy to take it to one of your competitors. read more

Well ive flipped on this location, not sure if they just hired a new batch of morons, but the people here now are all just not the brightest bulbs. No one seems to actually know what anything is, and they all say "I think people like it, but ive never tried it" Try your product people!!! every single one of the last 5 times I have gone to this location I got the complete wrong thing, or at least they have not put in some ingredients requested. One of the times We took a friend that was visiting from out of state and had been talking it up all week, we ordered 3 bubble teas, but had to sit and figure out the specifics with the cashier because she had no idea what each thing was, the also told us "don't get the purple oreo, its disgusting,... but people seem to like it" so we didn't get that, and due to other things they were out of (at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday) we ended with 2 pina colada and one coconut ("we don't have a coconut" says the cashier, "why is it on the menu then?" I say, "....oh... you mean the Philippine coconut...") and all 2 were supposed to be with the tapioca "bubbles" but when we got home we found out that only one had the pearls. The last time I went I ordered a Dizzle (delicious by the way) and a pina colada bubble tea with the pearls. when I got to the pickup window I was handed my sugar cookie, the dizzle and then the person said "your smoothie will be right out" I said "I didn't get a smoothie, I got a bubble tea" she nodded and left the window. a minute later a different girl returned and said "here's your smoothie!" I said "it is supposed to be a bubble tea" she says: "....uh... yeee....eah, its a bubble tea..." and leaves the window. I drive to the side and take a sip, and I get a pearl so don't really think anything of it though it tastes a bit off, im now used to stuff tasting increasingly worse on every visit, but when I get home my wife concludes that it is in fact a smoothie with the pearls in it, great! Please if you are an owner or manager of Swig, this location is in terrible hands, the staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, annoying and they are putting out crap products, I live in bountiful, and so I will either have to drive to the location in sandy, or ill just switch to the "Fizz" place around the corner. read more

This location is a little dirty, but you can get a really good dirty diet coke and some really good sugar cookies to overlook the mess. Those sugar cookies are dangerous though and once you eat one you'll think about them every day after. read more

This review is specifically for the Bountiful Swig. The hours posted on the door and Yelp both say that they open at 7:30. But, if you get there at 7:30 and expect that they have their act together enough to even flip on the open sign, you are mistaken. The past 2 mornings, I have pulled up at 7:30, waited 5 minutes for them to remove the barrier from their drive thru, then just left because I didn't want to be late for work. If a business advertises that it opens at 7:30, they need to have the lights on, doors unlocked, and be ready to go at 7:30, not 7:35, not 7:40... Send some of the Swig kids over from Clinton to show these ones how its done. read more

This review is only for the Bountiful Swigs. I love their drinks and cookies but I swing by this location on my way to work (it's the only location around and on my commute) and they are NEVER open on time. EVER. The times posted are 7:30, but they never have their light, doors or drive-thru ready until 7:40 at the earliest. My drink order is almost never right and the people who work there act like you are an inconvenience or annoyance for giving them business. Clinton Swigs employees need to take over this location and show them how to actually take care of customers. I won't ever return to this location and will stop by Fizz around the corner for my morning caffiene fix. read more

If I were reviewing this place solely on its cookies and drinks, I'd give them 5 stars. Great sugar cookies and drinks at a fair price. The problem I had with them is this... I got 2 drinks through the drive thru today, and about 5 minutes after pulling away I realized my cup holders were quickly filling up with dr. pepper.. Turns out BOTH of our cups had holes in the bottom. It wasn't just a small leak, either. I feel like this is something an employee should notice before giving it to a customer. Couldn't drink any of it, and had to clean out my car. Wasn't fun. Like I said, the food is great.. Just had a bad experience at the drive thru. I love swig, but I hate coming to this location. It seems every time I come here there's a new wave of inept Beliebers running the place flirting with each other, taking selfies on SnapChat and giggling and don't care about the customers. It takes twice as long when compared to the swig in Lehi or Draper. It's gotten to the point that now I'll go to a gas station rather than this location because I don't want to hear a bunch of teens singing One Direction songs. The only reason they're getting two stars on this one is because the cookies are still good. The atmosphere and customer service here is one star. The drinks and cookies are still decent. If you can, avoid this one and go to the other Swigs in the area. read more
