We've patronized this Fiiz location since it opened, it's very close to where we live. Very disappointed by the dropoff in quality. The last 3-4 times (4-6 months?) I've been here--ordered the same Coke-based drink and I ALWAYS order "no-ice", my drink has tasted watered down. Which really is ridiculous given the pennies they spend on the soda itself and I'm paying more than $3 for my drink with a couple of very basic addins. Not going back to this location in a hurry. VERY GRUMPY EMPLOYEE. We went and were unsure about the drinks name we wanted. The employee taking our order was trying to help us then someone else I asume was the Shift Manager came to help. SHE was extremely rude and impatient. Then when we finally found out the drinks name, we wanted she rolled her eyes at us before going to make the drink. Ordered Sharks in Water, Brown Cow, Berry Good Dr., Ironport, as well as pistachio cherry and double espresso macaroons. Clean little restaurant, curteous staff, quick service, clean bathrooms, great products. We did luck out and got three double espresso macaroons for the price of one. This Fiiz location is the BEST one I've been to! They don't have a place to pull up and order from, but that doesn't matter. They're fast as can be and I've never waited in a long line of ten+ cars for more than about a minute per car. That's amazing! Their window people are always so kind and friendly too and they've never screwed up my order...ever! Tip them well here, they deserve it! read more

When in Utah, do as the . . . local soccer moms do? Soda shops are definitely a "thing" here and I am certainly ok with that. Especially Fiiz. I stop by for a 44oz about once a week. After a few times, I decided to basically try the entire drink menu, #drinkupFiizup :) The Dr.Pepper drinks are probably my favorites at this point, although I love Mountain Dew any other day of the week. The ones with whip added are do creamy and perhaps decadent lol. The service is always good, lots of teens working during non-school hours. They are always polite. There is a rewards system using your phone number, definitely take advantage if you are a regular. This ones drive-through is hard for bigger cars so make sure you are careful when doing the "turn". And a little side note: If you go retro and order a "cherry iron port" you may have to remind them to use extra syrup than the recipe calls for or your drink will taste like just seltzer water. read more

The drinks are fantastic and the staff are great BUT the parking lot is a nightmare and getting worse! It was flat dangerous today with cars blocking the street two cars deep, others swerving by at high speeds. They need someone out there directing traffic or to setup cones and signs to keep cars from sticking out or spilling into the street. Line always moves quickly, they have a HUGE selection and are always willing to tweak things. They also have a large sugar free selection. The only downfall is I will never go in because the inside has a horrible smell. (But that's just me I think) And sometimes the teens working the window can be a little rude. I was happy to see a Fiiz location so close to my home. It opened up before Swig opened so my first few visits were pre-Swig visits. If I am not in a hurry I will still make a point to go a little out of the way to get a Fiiz drink. They tend to be more consistent than their Bountiful competitor. I Love their Mango Dew and the Yowza drink the most. Pros: Great drink combos, friendly staff (only experienced through the drive through), and they have a punch card allowing for your 11th drink to be free! Cons: I have left the drive through on more than one occasion without a straw. Very odd and incredibly annoying to have to turn around and get one. Also their drive through, its hard to make the turn in any larger vehicle and it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. read more

The service is friendly, the drink options endless, and the cookies good. My only complaint is how slow it is to get through their drive-thru. On a Saturday afternoon it can take 10-15 mins, so not fast. But when I am craving a Piña Colada Coke Zero, they do it best! read more

I've been hearing about Fiiz for a little while now, and since I live just down the street I decided to stop by on Saturday for my first ever Dirty Diet Coke. Fiiz is a cute little place, that probably gets packed every weekday afternoon with tweens when the junior high school across the street lets out, but on Saturday it was packed with families. I ordered a Dirty Diet Coke (diet coke with coconut syrup) and also grabbed a sugar cookie that looked fabulous. It tasted even better than it looked! SOOOOO GOOD! The Dirty Diet Coke was great too! I noticed that they have a drive up window as well, which is very convenient, if you are in a hurry. I hope Fiiz sticks around! I'm not a Dirty Diet Coke convert, and I'm sure I will dream about the sugar cookies! read more

Decided to checkout Fiiz after numerous comparisons to Swig. In a nutshell, here's my quick rundown of the Pros and Cons, keeping in mind that I went through Drive-Thru. Pros: Nice enough staff, friendly and eager to please. The Blue Raspberry slush is pretty good, very familiar in taste, reminded me of the icees you get from the gas station slurpee machines. The warm peanut butter cookie was also tasty. Cons: Crapshoot parking and drive-thru. (Seriously, and people b*tch about Swig being tedious to navigate!) No ice cream - big bummer. Would I go back? I really enjoy Fiiz! The atmosphere is great and they usually work quickly. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they have. They have tons of drink options. What's shown on the menu isn't all they have! They have secret menus and can pretty much do any drink combination you'd like. The Italian sodas are great, and I love that they have pebble ice here! Visiting here for out of town and hear all the rave about these Utah soda shops. My experience started off with an over talkative teenager who shared waaaaay too much information upon arrival, but was very detailed and helpful in making my final decision. But I had So many options of drink flavors on a soda base it was unreal! Mountain Dew with pomegranate and blackberry sour! I Wasn't afraid to get creative. However, paid $4 for a very small portion of chips and and even smaller portion of salsa. Then I requested extra salsa and was first told it would be 50cents, then told by another employee (off the clock,out of uniform, hanging out in the store) it would be $1. Then I was hollered at from another off the clock employee, also out of uniform, that it would be $2. Extremely unprofessional staff and obviously no management over 18 in sight. Way too many "cooks in the kitchen." Although they had GREAT SALSA!! So I sit in an overcrowded lounge area full of teenagers, and am approached a mere 2 minutes later and told "we are having a company meeting tonight, so we're closing early and we're going to have to LET YOU OUT!" Uh, am I a dog? No prior notice or sign of this, also unprofessional and disappointing. In conclusion...if you want annoying and confusing service provided by teenagers and a room full more of the same, along with tacky business tactic and low level people pleasing with a customized soda...fire away! read more

If marrying a place was a thing, Fiiz would have my heart. I have been going there since the week they first opened in Bountiful, occasionally popping in up to three or four times a week. My favourites? Diet Coke or Dr. Pepper with lime, coconut, and cream OR Dr. Pepper with a shot of peaches, coconut, and cream. The other soda shops are good as well, but Fiiz has never disappointed me; they always get my order right, always impeccable customer service, fun atmosphere, they've got it all.You can't go wrong with Fiiz. Super disappointed in my Fiiz experience here in bountiful. I've been to plenty of then around northern ogden-our favorite was in north ogden. Coming here I was sad to see they had stopped with the ice cream sandwiches-they didn't have the fruity pebble cookie k wanted, the sign advertised a 'seasonal' cookie and they said they didn't so those anymore either. They suggested their new cookie - the snickerdoodle and it was terrible. It tasted hard and stale. My wife ordered a sugar cookie and she was disappointed in hers as well. Everytime I have been I have gotten a dirty Dr. Pepper. So good! The staff is always so polite and seem genuinely happy to serve you! It is something I don't see much these days. It does have a weird drive-thru but it works just fine. I have had their sugar cookies and it was good! Very quick with orders and every time I have been it has been a great experience! I thought I'd try it out after always seeing so many cars lined up and of the two times I went there, it was bad both times. A simple order: large cherry lime ricky. The menu says fresh lime, and when i got my big gulp size drink, it tasted exactly like sprite. So I open it up, there's a lime sliver in the cup, and I can't taste cherry at all. Both times I've had to ask for extra limes and extra flavor. I don't understand the hype because this place can't get a simple drink order right. read more
