Hope you're ready... for ice cream. This place, I stg, every smoothie has sherbet or sorbet. But don't worry! They have health shots you can pay for to add in to balance it out. I got one of their two smoothies without ice cream and it still tasted like ice cream. So it either had ice cream, or the juice had lots of added sugar. I don't even like smoothies, but I love Keva juice! The menu has been mostly the same my whole life, which I love (creature of habit here). The Razzmanian Devil is to die for! OREO Speedwagn is pretty good too. The service is usually pretty quick, and while the shop is small and not able to seat many customers, the Great Harvest next door more than makes up for it! Grab a smoothie to go, then head next door for bread. read more

5/5 stars for smoothies 1/5 or less for employee behavior/customer service. Keva employees were not their best today. I know during this crazy Covid-19 time and with certain guidelines, businesses are just glad to be open and earning money. I love Keva smoothies and wanted to help out local businesses. But I also know that during my visit today, there were 4-5 other cars waiting for orders and Keva employees were openly standing around, talking, and not serving their customers [as quickly as they could have]. I also realize this rating and review does not encompass an average of the time I've gone to Keva. But sometimes, the worst times affect other experiences. I stood outside the door and before I called to give my order, I noticed 3 employees standing by the register talking. I called, no one picked up for a few rings, they just stood there talking to each other (and in my point of view, about nothing pressing). When someone did pick up, I gave them my order, (1 Raspberry Lemonade and 1 Banana Rama). She asked me to repeat. I did. She asked me to repeat it again, and I did. I was looking at her from outside the store and she looked at her coworker, put on a smile and asked me to repeat it again. I said my order again, slow and very clearly, and she then told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait. I was a slightly surprised, but thanked her and hung up. I stood outside the store for another few minutes and watched as the employees continued to chat, not moving to start my or other's orders. When they did finally stop talking long enough to start some smoothies, I went to wait in my car. 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 minutes go by and finally someone brings out my smoothies. She smiles and apologizes for the wait. I pay and she leaves. After she's inside the store I realize I they gave me a Banana smoothie instead of a Banana Rama. I tried to go up to the door and wave to get their attention, but they were talking to each other again, leaning on the counters, laughing. I knock on the window and they look at me. One rolls her eyes. I was not very happy. I left with the banana smoothie I did not order and a very delicious raspberry lemonade. Again, I know this is a crazy, different time for many of us. I shouldn't judge the young ladies too harshly, but I was not at all impressed with Keva Juice employees, employee appearance, and customer service today. 5/5 stars for smoothies. 1/5 or less for customer service today. Most days I would give them 3-4/5 stars for customer service. Always 5/5 for smoothies (ever when they get our orders wrong. This is the 3rd time it has happened. read more

I ordered and it took about 30 minutes because the workers (there were 5 on shift) were taking other orders and making them. Me and another customer approached them because we were here before the other customers and the manager was rude and disrespectful. they said they were understaffed, which doesn't make sense because there were more workers than usual and I don't care about the wait as a whole, just that the order is not mixed up. I just wanted to be served first and i ended up being late to an even. it's sad because i go to Keva weekly but it's easy to say after that experience i wont be going back. I tried to contact the Store to explain my issue, especially because my smoothie was already melted and luke warm when i got it and I would like like a replacement some time, but they ignored me. I am not a Karen, just a young girl who values time and felt like other people should think twice before going to a place that doesn't. read more

Have lived in Davis County for a long time and have been to Keva on many occasions. Always been delicious and the workers have always been nice and efficient. Orange Obsession is my favorite and has always been so yummy! This is the first time I have been in over 2 years and I think the quality has gone down. I'll have to go again as it may have been new employees or some other reason. But the cups were also different without the usual branding which leads me to believe they have cut back on costs through cup size, branded cups and ingredients because of inflation or covid problems. These smoothies are better than Jamba Juice and Roxberry but I had to take away two stars because of how filthy the place is. There's visible clumps of dust on the fan that is above the area where they make your smoothies as well as all the lights. We stopped here after our granddaughters choir performance. What a great treat. The California was excellent. Pina Colada was raved about. Several had Strawberry. 4 kids and 3 Adults. A Keva juice and a slice of Great Harvest bread was a lunch staple when I was in high school. It was fun to bring my husband back to where it all began. We ordered the Keva Kolada which is Pineapple juice, coconut, banana, pineapple sherbet, non-fat yogurt. It was incredible. Just a hint of sweetness and a wonderful tropical taste. Review is solely based on customer service. Tried calling order in as we were getting close but no one answered. Pulled into parking lot and the girl was sitting in front of the register on her cell phone. We called again for curbside while out front and again she would not get off her phone to answer the phone. Another girl came out from the back, the girl on her phone finally got off her phone and a minute later finally answered the phone. She acted like she couldn't hear us asking us to repeat our order 4 times. Better off just buying the stuff to make our own at home and avoid the teenagers running these local businesses into the ground. This place is delicious, you cant go wrong with any flavor. Smoothies are made with minimal fruit and lots of fruit juice and sherbet which is why they are so sweet. Smoothies only come in one size, 24 oz, you can also add supplements and spinach for a extra charge. This place was packed Saturday morning but employees worked fast to get orders out. read more

This is a great alternative to Jamba Juice or your other favorite juice/smoothie shop. Just like all the others they mix fruit with juices, yogurts, boosts, etc. My brother ordered me the strawberry squeezer which was delicious! The employees were decent and they made the drinks pretty fast. **Health rant - don't read if you don't care** After checking the nutritional facts online I'm glad I drank half of my smoothie after my workout and the other half the following morning. This single 24 oz smoothie had 99 grams of 'healthy fruit and juice carbs' AKA sugar. I'm all about the fruit. But it doesn't take an expert to know that consuming that much sugar in one go isn't the best for the body. Next time I will probably try a mellow mango or passion paradise since it has quite a bit less sugar. And you can say all you want, "oh, but Tawnee, fruit isn't bad for you." I get that. It's not. But the concentrated juice and added deliciousness of sherbet will definitely add a lot of extra carbs and calories to your day. **END RANT** Obviously I still like this place. We've been going here for years for their smoothies. My personal favorites are Keva Colada and the Peanut Butter Chocolate. It really depends on the day and staff whether you'll get what you want. It seems to taste different sometimes. They run out of bananas, which helps with the thickness and flavors. I'll go here before Jamba Juice. Just a personal preference. read more

The worst customer service I've experienced since the pandemic. They were both rude and inconsiderate.

My last visit I was beyond disappointed. Our smoothie was sour and not the quality we are used to. It was a busy night, but I waited in line again and I asked if we could have a new one made. I was told that if they had made it wrong they could, but since it had not been made wrong they wouldn't be able to accommodate my request. How do I know if it was made wrong? How do I know if the fruit was ripe or not? How does she? Apparently she had been watching every ingredient that went in all 15+ smoothies that were being made as she rang people at the register. She told me I could get a new one for 50% off and then when she rang me up she went back on the deal and I was to pay full price. We were frequent customers, but I was so disappointed I will not be going back. There are too many other options out there to settle for poor customer service. read more

Tasty? Sure. Healthy? Nope. There's way too much sherbet in there to fool yourself into thinking this is healthy. Also, as someone who has a hard time with dairy, I strongly dislike that only 2 options at a supposed juice/smoothie bar are dairy-free. Shouldn't it be 2 options WITH dairy? That said, I like the Liquid Olympian (the other dairy free, Cali-something is AWFUL) and the carrot juices. If they had a "no sherbet and other sugary crap" option, I'd give it 5 stars. read more

This place was the perfect place to stop and order smoothies with my friends while I was in high school. They have three smoothies specifically based on the three schools in the area. They also have a variety of fruit smoothies with supplements you can add (such as a protein supplement). My personal favorite is the All That Razz smoothie. read more

The staff is extremely rude and extremely slow, I sat in my car while waiting for my smoothies I had ordered and all I saw were high school girls sitting on their phones not doing anything. Almost 30 minutes went by and they still hadn't made any of the smoothies. These are the kind of girls you need to send to Kenya so they can actually learn to work. I'm never coming back to this place for a smoothie and I hope everyone that reads this doesn't waste their time at this shit hole. I just recieved the best service of my life here at Keva. The Entire staff was amazing, but i really want to highlight Chaselynns service. I walked in with 6 very picky orders. She kept a fantastic smile on her face the whole time, and didnt make me feel rushed while i struggled to get my things in order. She made me laugh, and carried comfortable small talk with me. Each order i made was complex, each order came back to me %100 flawless!!! Not a common thing during rush hour. She was informative, so kind, and someone who i would hire and promote within my own business if i could. I hope she has the opportunity to advance here. Her talents need challenged! Keva is an awesome little smoothie shop with a huge menu and decently priced smoothies. My personal favorite is the Mango Madness, or any of the Red Bull smoothies. The smoothies are a little expensive, expect to pay around 4 or 5 dollars for one, but they are large so you don't walk away feeling jipped. Go there when the Great Harvest Bread next door is open and go next door while they are preparing your smoothie. You can grab a huge slice of bread for like, 50 cents and it's practically a meal! read more
