I love when I go midday and there is little to no line. I ordered the OG gummy bear rebel drink, I've never had it before, but from the menu photo, I feel like it may have been missing a flavor? The photo is pinky and mine was straight yellow. It was pretty good, maybe I'd try it again sometime. My husband tried a seasonal cinnamon swirl blended freeze and he loved it. The employee I interacted with was nice. read more

I've given this location WAY too many chances. I keep coming back because it's convenient and close to my house, thinking maybe today will be different... it never is. Somehow my order is always wrong. At this point, I genuinely don't know what's going on at this location, but save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. read more

We've gone a couple of times and tried a couple different things. We are always disappointed. Hubby's chia is extremely watered down and my vanilla, lavender latte is missing the flavor. The service, at least, is always friendly. Guess we should've drank our stuff before we drove off. ‍ read more

Don't argue with me about a drink I order every time and have no trouble getting. A drink and exact order I just got yesterday at this location as a matter of fact. As someone who does not drink coffee much, I think I know whether I have a full shot of espresso or half a shot. Because the espresso truly makes a difference. Sure, you don't have a way to measure it. I get that. But if that's the case, then every location should be declining tpart of when I order my drink. I've watched them pour it into they're little measuring spoons and dump it in. Even just eyeballin it will work. Sure, it'll be off, either too less or slightly more, but I'll tell you this. Less than half a short or a little more than half a shot is better than a full shot for someone who is only asking for half. & I would be perfectly fine with just being told you can't do it, but going back and forth with me on it when I know what it tastes like is crazy. read more

Good drinks. Not great coffee, you know like you would get at an occasional coffee shop where you'd wanna drink something without a lot of flavor just so you can taste the delicious coffee. This place has great coffee drinks. Incredibly varied and creative selection of mixed coffee drinks. People are very friendly. Service is unexplainably slow so you have to plan to take double or triple what you want at Starbucks if you're heading to work. But a very good coffee drink experience. read more

Overall I am impressed by the staff as usual with Dutch bros a very welcoming environment. The way this line was split up was not my favorite and for 3 cars service was slow. I got a peppermint oatmilk latte and honestly I was disappointed because the milk was clearly burnt. I would come back just to try it again if it was the team or the beverage itself. They are def better at maki my their seasonal specials than variances of it read more

Good drinks but slowest service EVER... if you HAVE TO GO and there is any line then park and walk up...

This location can get pretty busy but the wait isn't too bad ever. And it might seem extra crowded because there's not a lot of space, since it's right next to a car wash. If you go in from 7800 S, be careful as some cars might be trying to leave the drive thru window. But if you turn south at the light and enter from the east side, be careful as some cars are trying to exit from the car wash. I've been going to this location mostly since they opened. Service has always been friendly and in all the years since they opened this location, I think they've gotten my drink wrong two times. By the way, it you wait until you're rolling away to take the first sip, it's quite an effort to try getting back into the lot. Minus one star because even though cost of goods is going up, doubling the price for soft top from $0.50 to $1.00 is a bit much. read more

Don't stop here if you are short on time. Long, Long, Long lines since they opened. Lines even formed out of the parking lot onto the main street. I don't understand what all the hoopla is over this coffee shop. It's just a drive-thru coffee chain, and I didn't think their coffee was all that good to wait in line, and waste gas, and emit carbon dioxide. Plus my coffee was luke warm. I was going to purchase a large black house coffee anyway, so I thought what the heck, I'll just go check it out, and see if I like their coffee. If I like it enough I would start coming here (after the novelty wears off), and the lines aren't so long. I didn't see where there is even an option to go inside. There were two girls outside taking your order via an ipod to make the lines go faster, but it really didn't help that much. It takes time to make a foo foo drink, and all I want is just a plain ole black coffee, one that doesn't even have sugar or cream. The girl that took my order was very nice, and friendly, and fast. You do pay for your order before you get to the window as long as they have someone walking the line taking orders, which helps. I might stop, and get a coffee here if I am in the area again, but I wouldn't go out of my way like I have for other drive-thru coffee shops that are in the valley. read more

Probably the slowest Dutch bros I've been to, they wait until the line is 20+ cars to come outside and take orders. The drinks are pretty standard for a Dutch bros, but the staff is often very rude. read more

I was craving a good cuppa on Sunday, but the line was wrapped around the parking lot and out into the road, so I went elsewhere. But today, I gave it a try again thinking that mid-morning on a Tuesday would be less crowded. It was, but not by much. There was still a sized good line. As I approached the beginning, I was greeted by an order taker outside, on foot. I let her know that we were first timers and could use some suggestions. She gave us a quick tour of the menu, answered our questions and ultimately suggested the Americano. I also ordered the cranberry orange muffin top (you know, to go with the one that I'm growing myself.) The folks at the window were super fun. While we waited for our order, they started casual conversation with us. The energy from the staff was positive and upbeat. My wife made a comment that she would like to be friends with these people-they are that much fun. The coffee is amazing. The service is phenomenal. The muffin top was delicious. I'll be back! read more

The chai with vanilla syrup that I ordered was impressive! The boba is pretty good here. Fast service too!

I go here everyday before work and Parker always makes sure my drink is made perfect and is the sweetest person :)

I have always been a fan of Dutch Bros, but this particular location goes above and beyond. I want to give a special shoutout to Broista Samora who always brightens my day every time I see him working there! His sunny attitude is infectious and as sweet as the coffee. read more

This location of Dutch Bros made us fall in love with our morning routines again. My husband and I come here regularly because the staff is so friendly and wonderful. Jacee especially is the best coffeehouse manager we have ever gotten the pleasure to know. The drinks are always on point and they remember our favorites. We are sadly moving out of the state today and I'm going to miss the experience of coming here often just as much as I'll miss Utah. read more

Mmmm mmmm mmm mmm mmm. I used to not understand why people loved coffee until I tried Dutch Bros WHITE COFFEE in Arizona a few years ago, ever since I was hooked. Then to findout that they opened in Utah was the best news I've received in 2020. (Boo covid). For those that want caffeine but don't like coffee order any of their drinks that sound good but with WHITE COFFEE. White coffee in short is an under-done bean. The more you roast a bean the less caffeinated it becomes and more acidic. (That's the taste I don't like in coffee and try to cover it with loads of sugar and cream). WELL... White coffee tastes nutty instead and has 3x more caffeine. I usually buy a drink and it lasts me a couple days. My favs are Golden eagle with white coffee White cookie with white coffee Annihilator with white coffee I do love their blended rebels as well. Or a secret to getting a drink but having it cheaper is to order it as an Americano and and cream and flavorings of your choice. So I order a white coffee Americano with cream and double hazelnut and white chocolate flavoring. Bam medium size drink for $2.50. Can't beat that! My obsession with white. Coffee won't be going away anytime soon so I had to find a way to make it a budget friendly obsession Overall I love dutch bros. Their drinks are regularly priced reasonably unlike starbucks. The staff is so friendly and outgoing and the atmosphere smacks. Always a good time; read more

Coffee & pastry's and cold summer drinks are all amazingly fabulously Delicious and fair decent affordable price compared to other coffee shops! The Fantastic service and the affordable tasty coffees and cold summer delicious drinks are worth the long line and price and the tasty coffee & pastries. We're all very well known there! read more

Dutch Bros has some of the best and friendly service out there! They are very helpful with ordering and they make sure everything is correct. They go over all the details and don't act put out by questions and requests. The lines are long but worth it! They have a giant flavor selection for coffee, energy drinks and tea. Even a not so hot hot chocolate which is just perfect for kids!! They have white coffee which is one of my most favorite!! Please open a location in West valley!! read more

The service.. wow. I went on the second day of opening and there was already a long line of cars out on the street before 9 am. I parked in Jordan Landing and walked over, there was no line! The music is really loud so it was hard to hear and talk to the employee, I'm hoping they turn it down so it makes it easier! The nicest employee, Jenny, helped me at the window. I completely forgot to ask for non-fat milk until she asked if I wanted half/half, non-fat milk, or 2%! She also made sure to let me know the chai toppings and answered all my questions as it was my first time. I highly recommend the horchata chai, so good! Make sure you check out their website as they have a much more expansive menu. read more

I went on a Sunday around 8pm and the line was the shortest I've ever seen it. I've stopped by three times before at different times of the day, but the line was too long for me. Customer service here is amazing and they are quick at taking orders. They also have full on conversations with you, and give lots of recommendations. One of them recommended the dragon slayer drink if you're a fan of energy drinks, and the caramalizer (but frozen) if you're a fan of coffee. I got the vanilla bean shake and a dairy free hot cocoa. The vanilla bean shake tasted mostly like white chocolate and it was really liquidy, so I wasn't too big of a fan. The hot cocoa was good, but not the best hot cocoa out there. I don't wanna give this place 3 stars, as I've probably just tried the wrong things on their menu. I'll update my review once I visit again! Sign up for their rewards, and you can get a free 16oz drink! read more

Carmel Apple Yum Yum!! I few weeks ago I had my first experience at Dutch Bro's. I drive past it on my way home for work and tonight the line was not so long. Now I am not a coffee drinker but I heard they have other options on the menu. Once I pulled up I noticed their menu was small. I think this is the kind of place that has a secret menu. I asked about the smoothie options and the cute gal suggestion I get the Apple smooth and had Carmel. My husband wanted to get a strawberry smoothie and add chocolate. This was not something recommend but she said they could do it. The smooth was more like a slushy and the Carmel Apple was AMAZEBALLS! As I am writing this is am day dreaming about how yummy it was and how I wished I could have another one. My husbands was gross and I would not recommend adding chocolate to a strawberry smoothie. My family and I battled on who's turn it was to drink from the Carmel Apple yum yum! Lastly I want to add how friend all the kids were that worked at this location! They were so kind, upbeat, and you could tell they really loved their job. read more

I ordered my drink one hour before I had to be somewhere because I know their drive through takes a while. I sat in the drive through for almost 40 minutes. They at first only had one person taking orders and it was going SO SLOW and eventually they had a second person come help but it was still going super slow. I had to leave the drive through and I didn't get my drink because it was taking so long. I wasted $6 and I won't be going back to this location because it was so ridiculously slow I couldn't even believe it which is a shame cause they do have really good drinks :( read more

I decided to stop & see why this place was apparently worth everyone impeding traffic especially during rush hours. The line was definitely long, & the location is very cramped. I did like the muffin tops- i got the chocolate chip & the lemon poppy seed. However, I got 2 different drinks (I think one is called annihilation & the other started w a K?) Anyway, they both tasted exactly the same to us & they taste just like beans & brews' mr B's drink so I will probably just stick to beans & brews. I've never been disappointed at Dutch Bros. Good vibes, good peeps, good drinks. I'll continue to come back

It was incredibly busy and they were taking orders throughout the line. This is now my go-to place for coffee, which is slightly bad news because I live pretty far away. I started going here a bit ago when they first opened and just keep coming back. There's a few different drinks I have tried but I do have one that is my favorite. The menu is pretty insane. I asked them what kind of flavors they have and the worker said "all flavors" lol aight. That narrows it down for me real well hahaha. No but seriously, they do have all the flavors...everything from your classic white chocolate to things like passionfruit and mango. The drive through is a bit long...which is always a bummer. It hasn't been that big of an issue until a guy almost hit me as he cut me in line :( Not Dutch's fault but I do wish there was more regulation with the drive through, since the only have a drive through option. All in all, I think price, quality and service goes above expectations! I am happy to see all the Dutch Bros sprouting up in the valley! read more
