I ordered the snickers in hopes it would be sweet but not overpowering. Maybe that was my mistake. I saw it and I was already nervous. The entire drink was dark brown. It looked like chocolate milk. Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. Idk I'm not the kind of person to veto a place for making one bad drink, but I like my coffee to taste like coffee lol. Hopefully next time I go it does! Immediately I liked the vibe-it's an edgy, totally local and co-created space with folks from the area. There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place. This is for real folks with real personalities and a bit of grit. And I like it. The coffee's pretty good too. ;-)

The caramel was light in mine, a pleasant contrast to caramel lattes that emphasize over-saccharine sweetness over the richness of caramel - it could have been that they just used an appropriate amount or it could have been the underlying psychological effect of sitting on the couch while my kids played games and drank their hot chocolates with whipped cream. Either way, I appreciated it. The servers were professional and courteous, and the rose latte came out fast.
