I ordered the snickers in hopes it would be sweet but not overpowering. Maybe that was my mistake. I saw it and I was already nervous. The entire drink was dark brown. It looked like chocolate milk. Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. Idk I'm not the kind of person to veto a place for making one bad drink, but I like my coffee to taste like coffee lol. Hopefully next time I go it does! Immediately I liked the vibe-it's an edgy, totally local and co-created space with folks from the area. There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place. This is for real folks with real personalities and a bit of grit. And I like it. The coffee's pretty good too. ;-)

Their pastries, other food items, drinks, store feel, and even all their packaging is such high class. You will find something that your palate will absolutely thank you for. The pastries are French-inspired and influenced Korean pastries. I love the comfortable feel of the store. The employees obviously enjoy working there and are happy. The boba had that perfect "QQ" chew, soft, springy, and satisfying, and the tea itself was nicely caffeinated without being bitter. A great drink to kick off the new year with a little extra pep.
