No photos because I am always starving when I come here lol. I love waiting here while my car's over at Big O Tires. The space is open, comfortable, and has plenty of seating. The staff are always friendly and keep the space stocked and clean. My order is the same every time and the flavors and quality are always consistent. I get the 16 oz. hot chocolate and the breakfast burrito with black beans. The side of sour cream and salsa are a must! My husband doesn't eat cheese and is unable to get it without it. This is a great little shop for West Jordan. I would definitely consider it for a place to study, or just a place to grab coffee with friends. There is enough room for a medium size group, and plenty of good seating. If you're lucky enough to sit at the window, you'll have some beautiful views of the mountains, but otherwise it's just out of eyeshot. Overall I enjoyed my coffee, which was an Americano, but it was made well and the staff that made the drink was super friendly. I would definitely stop in more often if I lived close by. read more

One visit and I'm obsessed. I wish this coffee shop was closer to me because I would frequent it often. The vibe is on point. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Although we didn't order any of the scratch made treats, they looked really tempting. We ordered a Dirty Chai and a Cold Brew with Seasonal Foam (Strawberry). Canyons coffee is a cute coffee shop on West Jordan. They have a huge parking lot and it is very easy to find parking. The place itself is bright and good for studying or getting some work done. There are many outlets along the wall and at the high table as well. The person who worked there was very kind especially early in the morning which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Food: My almond milk dark chocolate mocha was well balanced, with equal parts strong espresso and bitterly sweet chocolate. Price wise, 7.88 feels (before tip) feels steep for this size, but I see that they're use La Barba beans, and I will PAY UP for La Barba coffee. They serve perfectly crafted classics but also creative and delicious seasonal drinks, like the best PSL I've ever had, a perfectly-balanced peppermint mocha, and fun flavored cold foams. I appreciate the vibes that this shop has brought to the area in a city that loves chains and franchises. However I have not had a single good cup of coffee here. I've came several times over the past year or so. Their espresso is acidic, not drinkable by itself. Their seasonal drinks while good in theory kinda fail in practice. The cardamom cold foam is excellent, but the acidic espresso overpowered the whole drink. Their PSL tasted like nothing. Neither espresso nor pumpkin. When I'm paying over $6 for a drink, I'm not going to pay more for an extra shot just because they're using a light roast. I don't need to try the rest to know I don't want to return as much as I want to love this place. read more

Lavender lattes are my safety net when I try a new coffee shop. It is typically earthy, a touch of floral and sweet. This was nooooot that. The honey latte is good! But the lavender tastes like they used essential oils in place of syrup. It is perfume-y and I'm hoping they see this and make a quick little change to elevate it for the next person! This place makes one of the best cappuccinos I have had outside of Italy. And my friend tells me that their regular coffee is equally good.
