Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

We purchased a coupon card for a fundraiser and so we've used it twice. It's okay. So far Fiiz hasn't been my favorite of the soda shop options around. The menu is extensive and kind of makes me dizzy looking at it. They also have a trufru ice cream which I personally haven't seen it sold anywhere else. Service is pretty quick. One of my visits I received the wrong soda in the drive thru and went inside to kindly ask for the right one. They made me a new one pretty quickly. We got popcorn one time as well, it's $1 for about a medium sized cup of it. I love popcorn, this was okay, not extremely fresh, but still hit the spot. I came here needing a sweet treat, and my experience was less than satisfactory. I paid with cash and didn't receive my change. It was only a couple of cents but a matter of principle. This is only for the drinks* Remind me to remember not to go during lunch time :/ The drive thru line was long but understandable since it was hot outside and everyone is going to want something to cook them down. The line did go fairly quickly so that wasn't too bad. I got 4 drinks - 2 Sprite & strawberry puree, a regular DrPepper and a Mango Dew. All tasted as they should. My Mango Dew was refreshing but my ice melted fast! I get these drinks for the ice too! Who doesn't love pebble/crushed ice? Drinks are pretty inexpensive here and they do carry other items besides the normal drinks. Store seemed clean from what I saw. The window cashier was pleasant. I'm normally not a huge soda fan but this place is my jam. They have an enormous and creative menu with just about every combo you could think of covered, but if you think of something that's not there, they can do that too. From regular Coke to frozen butterbeer, they have it all. Staff is always on point and quick even when the drive thru lines are super long. I'm super excited they opened this location close to my house. It's been open less than a week and I've already been three times. Good thing they serve diet. I've been to fiiz a lot and never have I had an experience like I did today. When I was waiting for my drink the girls that were making my drink were talking and when I was handed my window they were rude and didn't even give me a straw. not to mention my frosted strawberry lemonade was watery. First time I ever tried this, I requested the three most popular drinks. Let's just say I wasn't a big fan, but the very next day I CRAVED it. They have soooo many different options. If I'm not there every single day, I am definitely there every other day. I try something new each time but I do have a favorite. It would have to be Dawson's Creek. So they have like soda options, and then flavors to mix them with. You pick a soda, like I pick sprite and then I'll go look at the different mixes and choose one. I also like that you can control the ice, and get diet soda. The price is really fair and they have a punchcard for frequent flyers. Overall I've never had a poor experience. read more

I was so happy to see this place go into my neighborhood. I don't have to drive all the way to Taylorsville or South Jordan for my soda fix anymore! I have to say that the first time I stopped in the service was a little rocky. The girl working at the drive-thru was very confused, and didn't know the menu at all. That's ok, it's a new location. I can forgive that. This location has a few new drinks on the menu. I think what I tried was called the Zen. It had guava and cucumber in it. It was wonderfully fresh tasting. I asked the drive-thru attendant about it and he said it was good, but not his favorite. I appreciated the honesty. When we got to the window, I am pretty sure it was the manager who took our order. He was so nice. He had me taste the drink to make sure I liked it, so that if I didn't, he could make me something else. He really went above expectation. He shared that one of his former employees created the drink, and that others liked it so it made the menu. I thought it was a very touching story. This place is great. I love the scotch and soda and the Audrey Hepburn best, but the Zen, the strawberry shortcake, peaches 4 me, and the raspberry zest fruit water are all quite good as well. First off, I never leave reviews, anywhere. But, I had to for Fiiz from my experience this morning. I was on my way to an interview, had light colored jeans on, and as they handed me my Captain Jack, the drink was OOOOVER FLOWING, pouring out of the top and they had proceeded to hand me it without cleaning any of it off, didn't say much as they watched it spill all over my jeans, just offered me a napkin. Do you really think customers want a drink full of soda on the top of their lid handed to them? Knowing it will spill all over them and their vehicle? You workers see it overflowing as you hand us our drink. Very unprofessional, and I had stained jeans at my interview! I'll drive to any other location over this one any day. read more

Love love love Fiiz Drinks. This is a newer location so they are still working to get fast, but they definitely do the best they can. I love to get "berry good doctor" and it taste great even with diet soda. "Dewberry" is also a very good drink. They have many options on their menu and I love that they do a loyalty program and for every 12 drinks you get a free drink of any size and a free cookie of your choice.
