Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

Kalea and Marley were exceptional! Our order was perfect. Great customer service. So cheery. 100% recommend.

Pretty smooth experience, got my churro bites and coke no problem. Brooklynn, Marley, and Baylen were quick and handled the line well, thank ya'll! read more

We purchased a coupon card for a fundraiser and so we've used it twice. It's okay. So far Fiiz hasn't been my favorite of the soda shop options around. The menu is extensive and kind of makes me dizzy looking at it. They also have a trufru ice cream which I personally haven't seen it sold anywhere else. Service is pretty quick. One of my visits I received the wrong soda in the drive thru and went inside to kindly ask for the right one. They made me a new one pretty quickly. We got popcorn one time as well, it's $1 for about a medium sized cup of it. I love popcorn, this was okay, not extremely fresh, but still hit the spot. We will be back again to keep trying things out! read more

Asked for a 32 oz and they said they were out of 32 oz cups. Okay so give me 32 oz in a 44 oz cup?? SLOWEST service you'll ever experience. So don't come here if you're in a rush Girl charged my card for the wrong order refunded me and proceeded to give me the wrong order read more

I came here needing a sweet treat, and my experience was less than satisfactory. I paid with cash and didn't receive my change. It was only a couple of cents but a matter of principle. I completely understand if they didn't have any change to give but at least explain it to me and don't slam the drive-thru window in my face. read more

I went this weekend 45 minutes after they should have opened and no one was there. Service is usually slow and not always friendly Sodas are fine enough but nothing special or different than anything other shop. Drive Thru sign needs a lot of work done to it read more

the worst fizz I've been to I told the guy my order told him to read my order out loud to make sure it's correct did the whole thing wrong even though I asked specific things, and when my out, he still got it wrong and wrote it down wrong read more

We had quick and friendly service! Our drinks were done well! They even gave us a Pupcup for our dog! Such a great visit!

This is only for the drinks* Remind me to remember not to go during lunch time :/ The drive thru line was long but understandable since it was hot outside and everyone is going to want something to cook them down. The line did go fairly quickly so that wasn't too bad. I got 4 drinks - 2 Sprite & strawberry puree, a regular DrPepper and a Mango Dew. All tasted as they should. My Mango Dew was refreshing but my ice melted fast! I get these drinks for the ice too! Who doesn't love pebble/crushed ice? Drinks are pretty inexpensive here and they do carry other items besides the normal drinks. Store seemed clean from what I saw. The window cashier was pleasant. The line after I got my drinks was wrapped almost around the building! Summertime is definitely here! read more

They must've been having an off day. My drink was wrong I had to go back an exchange it. Their pretzel was hard as a rock and their popcorn was stale, I ended up just throwing it all away. Very disappointed. read more

I'm normally not a huge soda fan but this place is my jam. They have an enormous and creative menu with just about every combo you could think of covered, but if you think of something that's not there, they can do that too. From regular Coke to frozen butterbeer, they have it all. Staff is always on point and quick even when the drive thru lines are super long. I'm super excited they opened this location close to my house. It's been open less than a week and I've already been three times. Good thing they serve diet. They also serve cookies and macarons and gas station-esque nachos if you're hungry. read more

I've been to fiiz a lot and never have I had an experience like I did today. When I was waiting for my drink the girls that were making my drink were talking and when I was handed my window they were rude and didn't even give me a straw. not to mention my frosted strawberry lemonade was watery. When I asked for a straw they slammed the window and continued talking. Terrible experience. read more

The drinks are not unlike anything you can find at Sodalicious or Swig. What sets Fiiz apart though, is their Italian Sodas and their wide variety of snack foods. Reason for 4 stars is because the drive thru is not labeled at all and my order was mixed up my first time here, but other than that the food and drinks were delicious! read more

Fiiz is literally the most delicious soda place on planet Earth. They have a huge menu, a great building interior design, and most of all, flavorful and inexpensive sodas, cookies, and more. I go to Fiiz all the time and I have never been disappointed. read more

First time I ever tried this, I requested the three most popular drinks. Let's just say I wasn't a big fan, but the very next day I CRAVED it. They have soooo many different options. If I'm not there every single day, I am definitely there every other day. I try something new each time but I do have a favorite. It would have to be Dawson's Creek. So they have like soda options, and then flavors to mix them with. You pick a soda, like I pick sprite and then I'll go look at the different mixes and choose one. I haven't came across one drink that I did not like. read more

Despite my first review I love this place. Drinks are all so delicious. If you dont want to choose one on the list you can make your own creation. I love the Christy Cream... Sooo good. The only compliant is the price, some creations can be costly. read more

I love this place and we come here very often. My one negative is they run out of lemonade a lot and that's really frustrating. It forces me to go to another location to get my drink fix. read more

Not a huge soda drinker but when I do drink it I like it fancy. My favorite is the Chandler bing which comes with Mt. Dew, strawberry and pineapple. I also like that you can control the ice, and get diet soda. The price is really fair and they have a punchcard for frequent flyers. Overall I've never had a poor experience. read more

This is the SLOWEST location I have ever been to. Every single time. Seriously, only go here if you have an extra 30 minutes available in your day to wait for some drinks. read more

I was so happy to see this place go into my neighborhood. I don't have to drive all the way to Taylorsville or South Jordan for my soda fix anymore! I have to say that the first time I stopped in the service was a little rocky. The girl working at the drive-thru was very confused, and didn't know the menu at all. That's ok, it's a new location. I can forgive that. This location has a few new drinks on the menu. I think what I tried was called the Zen. It had guava and cucumber in it. It was wonderfully fresh tasting. I asked the drive-thru attendant about it and he said it was good, but not his favorite. I appreciated the honesty. When we got to the window, I am pretty sure it was the manager who took our order. He was so nice. He had me taste the drink to make sure I liked it, so that if I didn't, he could make me something else. He really went above expectation. He shared that one of his former employees created the drink, and that others liked it so it made the menu. I thought it was a very touching story. This place is great. I love the scotch and soda and the Audrey Hepburn best, but the Zen, the strawberry shortcake, peaches 4 me, and the raspberry zest fruit water are all quite good as well. I can't wait to stop by again tonight on my way home! read more

Best place to get a drink I like to get the captain jack Sparrow with diet doctor pepper Sugar free Syrups

Based on my experience and my coworkers, I have never my entire life of existence have waited 10 year for a dang Fiiz drink, what ya'll doing back there... Ill be back but i wont be happy about it... Drinks are good though. Whoops just kidding wrong location... read more

First off, I never leave reviews, anywhere. But, I had to for Fiiz from my experience this morning. I was on my way to an interview, had light colored jeans on, and as they handed me my Captain Jack, the drink was OOOOVER FLOWING, pouring out of the top and they had proceeded to hand me it without cleaning any of it off, didn't say much as they watched it spill all over my jeans, just offered me a napkin. Do you really think customers want a drink full of soda on the top of their lid handed to them? Knowing it will spill all over them and their vehicle? You workers see it overflowing as you hand us our drink. Very unprofessional, and I had stained jeans at my interview! I'll drive to any other location over this one any day. read more

WHY CANT YOU GET GOOD COOKIES. I want to love you because your close and the drinks are a win. But this cookie situation is rough.

Love love love Fiiz Drinks. This is a newer location so they are still working to get fast, but they definitely do the best they can. I love to get "berry good doctor" and it taste great even with diet soda. "Dewberry" is also a very good drink. They have many options on their menu and I love that they do a loyalty program and for every 12 drinks you get a free drink of any size and a free cookie of your choice. LOVE Fiiz and always recommend to friends. read more

Stood in the sun waiting for soda for 20 minutes longer than when the app said my soda would be ready. If you already pay on the app there really is no other option than to stand around and wait like a sucker. FOR. SODA. So stupid. I'll just hit the gas station next time. read more

No Coffee, only coffee flavors... what? Yet they have monster drinks, Mountain Dew and anything else that has more caffeine. The kid behind the counter asked if I was from out of state and advised this was a "Utah" thing. Oh say no more. Won't be revisiting this hypocritical chain. read more

If I could give no starts I would. I have come to this location several times, and every time i do I'm let down. The workers always have bad attitude. They'll give you the drink with it leaking all over and not offer you a napkin. Horrible customer service. I'll stick to my swig. read more

The customer service is always great, however, I just tried the new sugar cookie and couldn't be more disappointed. It was greasy, the frosting was runny, and the taste was comparable to a Little Debbie treat. I loved loved loved their old sugar cookies. They were out of this world. So why fix something if it isn't broken. I guess I can now only hope they bring back their old recipe....... read more

We love Fiiz! Our favorites are the "Queen" and the "Dexter." Service is always friendly too. The only disappointment is the new cookies. We had the iced sugar cookie and were majorly disappointed. They aren't nearly as good as the original version. Please bring back the original cookie read more
